Underhand dealings

After our little heart-to-heart, the two of us exited the large bath house with towels covering us.

"So, what's the plan?" Ophelia asked me, I hummed at her question and began thinking about what to do next.

"Well, we can't just go out in public, since the three of us are now wanted criminals." Before the two of us could even continue, a cough was heard.

The two of us then turned around and saw Aarshiya with one of her hands on the towel that covered her front body, while the other was on her hips.

"Did you forget about the underworld district?" She then huffed and began walking to the bath, swaying her hips.

I would have stared at her ass if it weren't for the fact that I'm trying to find proof that I'm innocent.

"She has a point; we can always find information down there." Hearing what Ophelia said made me look at her with hesitation.

But with how bad I looked, I had to agree with her thinking. I sighed in resignation and soon began to walk into the bedroom.

"Alright, we'll go to the underworld district." I said and began to grab a new set of clothes since I couldn't just wear my suit.

"This time, I have to go alone." Ophelia was about to dawn her armor, but stopped and stared at me with wide eyes, but then narrowed them.

"No, I'm coming with you whether you like it or not." She said and continued to dawn her armor.

"Look, I care for you. Hell, you are one of the most valuable people I know." Ophelia smiled at my words but shook her head, throwing a large robe over her entire body.

"I'm glad that you see me as someone you love and care about, but I swore that I would stay by your side." Seeing her act stubbornly made me respect her even more.

Seeing her determined to come with me, I just sighed and smiled. While she continued to adjust her armor, Aarshiya soon returned with the towel wrapped around her.

"Well, I can assume you two are done with your 'relationship problems', we do need to prepare for the underworld district." She then began to cast a spell upon the three of us, and I felt something change.

"Did you cast a physical change spell?" I asked while looking at my body, which was now more buff, my muscles were larger, and I grew taller, I looked into the mirror and saw my face changed as well.

Instead of having white hair and heterochromia eyes, I had brown hair and blue eyes. I was turned into a human.

"Of course, we are now wanted by the entire FDC. We have to change our clothing style and appearance." She was focusing on a mirror while changing her physical body.

She changed her appearance to a Lizard kin, changing her hairstyle every few seconds. Her scales were a different color, and her wings were hidden.

Ophelia was turned into a human and was struggling to stand by herself. Her legs were crooked to keep herself standing, she barely slid her feet, I mean hooves forward before tattering forward.

"H-how are you two u-used to thi-wha!" She was about to fall, but I quickly rushed to her side and gently held her by the waist.

Looking at her feet, let me correct myself, hooves, I could see her legs shaking at each step.

"So, you're a satyre." Ophelia then looks at Aarshiya with wide eyes and began to sniffle.

"No, nonono, why did it have to be a satyre?" She said with a broken voice, seeing her like this I just sighed and patted her back.

"Oh shush, be glad I didn't change you into a succubus, that would be annoying." Aarshiya said in a nonchalant manner.

"B-but a satyre is a disgusting, horny creature!" Ophelia wailed in distress, I began to comfort her while she wailed, but Aarshiya ignored her.

"Well, you are a centaur, also a futa, so I don't really see the difference." Ophelia wanted to shout at her, but I placed my hand in her shoulder.

As she looked at me, I sighed and shook my head. Seeing this, Ophelia had no choice but to stay silent.

"I know it's hard, but we have no choice." I told her, she nodded her head in reluctance and kept silent.

I just gave her a kiss to the forehead to cheer her up, and she sighed in happiness. The small tail that was behind her began to wiggle, showing her happiness.

"Now then, let's head off, shall we?" Aarshiya asked and snapped her fingers, a portal then appeared in front of us, leading to an alleyway.

"Just a bit of warning, these changes are temporary, and I must not be harmed in anyway, if that does happen, we revert to our original form." Hearing her warning, I was a bit more worried since she was only focusing on the spell.

"I'll be fine, I may not look like much, but I was a warrior back in my day." She said, and soon stepped through the portal, the two of us shrugged and began to follow her.

I wrapped my arm around her, helping her to keep balance as she walked. Once we passed through the portal, we soon exited out of the ally.

"Now stay close you two, may know a place on where we can start." Aarshiya said while passing by multiple people.

As the three of us walked, I saw posters that had our faces. Our bounties were in the ten digits, and they wanted us alive.

'Damn, their desperate to get me.' I thought, after walking for a few more minutes, we soon arrived in another ally.

"So, I don't mean any offense, but why are we in another alley?" She then turned towards me and smiled.

"Because the broker we need to find lives here." She knocked the wall three times, pulled out a watch, and stared at it.

After four seconds, she knocked once more. A door soon began to appear, exposing a long stare case that went down.

"So that's how they hid their products." I muttered, Aarshiya smiled at what I said and nodded her head.

"Yes, and to find each entrance, you need to have connections in high places, take this lesson to heart." She then began to descend the stairs, but then stopped and turned to us.

"Well? Don't stay there for long, the door will close soon." Hearing her say that me and Ophelia soon followed her, descending into the dark stare well.

As the farther we descended, the sound of something clicking was heard. I heard muttering as well, and the sound of snacks being eaten.

"He's r- he's right there you little shit! How bad are you at this game?!" Shouted a familiar voice.

'Oh, fuck no, there's no way…' The sound of swearing and slamming was heard, and we soon arrived in front of a door.

"I don't give two shits if you say your lagging, your just bad, so do us all a favor, get out and practice!" Shouted the woman who then tossed something at the door.

"I don't fucking give a shit if your dad or mom works at the company, I can hack your account anytime, so come on!" I soon heard enough and knocked on the door.

"You're lucky you little shit, I'll deal with you later." The sound of footsteps soon approached the door. As the door opened, a woman with messy blond hair.

She wore a loose shirt that was too big for her, her hair was blond, and some parts were messy, her skin was tan and her eyes were black.

She also had a cigarette on her mouth, and it was just lit. She smelled like booze and she had bags under her eyes.

And finally, two small horns and a succubus tail hung behind her, she looked at us with a tired look, and was munching on some candy.

"So, who the fuck are you guys and what do you want?" Jiji asked with a harsh tone, I wasn't surprised she acted like this.

"Jiji, do you always act like this to your clients?" Hearing my voice, Jiji widened her eyes in surprise and soon closed the door.

The three of us looked at each other in confusion and soon heard multiple noises. From scrambling, swearing, blowing, and even spraying.

After a few more minutes, Jiji opened the door once again. Only this time she looked different, her hair was clean and knitted into twin tails.

She wore leggings and a loose shirt, and she was smiling at the sight of the three of us, but her eyes were turned to me.

"Ace, it's nice to finally see you in person. I didn't expect you to be a human though." I shook my head and smiled.

"Sadly, now's not the time for some pleasantry, I've got a problem." Hearing me say that I had a problem, Jiji frowned and motioned for us to come inside.

"Tell me once inside, I don't want to be rude to my clients." As the three of us entered, Jiji made her way to a large desk with multiple monitors

The entire home was covered in posters, there were too many cup noodles, and the three of us soon sat on the couch.

"So, what seems to be the problem?" She asked while twirling a pen between her fingers.

"So, I've been frame-"

"Someone in the FDC framed you and you are the most wanted person in the entire city and have come to me to ask for help." I was confused about how she accurately guessed that, but I was answered when I saw her pull out a radio.

"Ma'am no luck in sectored 70, moving to 68." The radio crackled to life; more voices were sounding through the radio.

"How?" She just grinned and stood up and made her way to the monitor, she clicked a few times and soon it showed live feed from the entire city.

"I'm a broker, it's my job to get information." She said with a grin, she then made her way to us and soon stood in front of me.

"And I know you're not a human, so why don't you show your real self." She snapped her fingers, and the screens began to play multiple videos of me entering and leaving the city.

I sighed and had Aarshiya remove the spell, and the three of us returned to normal, as Ophelia returned to normal, she caused the couch to break under her weight

"Fuck, not my couch! Now how am I going to watch some good porn!?" She then glared at Ophelia, and wanted to say something, but remembered on why I was here.

"Look, I'll help you since you're my best client who pays well, and since you got your checks from your job, I want to up my price." I just sighed at her request but nodded my head.

"Fine, how much do you want?" I asked her, she then began to giggle and soon laughed, bending her body backwards.

"I don't want money, I want you to go on a date with me!" She pointed at me, the three of us just stared at her like she was possessed, I was the first to come out of my shock.

"Why exactly?" She then began to pout at my question and soon showed me a wedding invitation that was happening in three weeks.

"One of my sisters is getting married, and my entire family is hounding on me, always asking if I have a partnered yet." She then began to pace around while also grabbing some chips.

"They always ask the same thing, Oh Jiji, are you seeing anyone, have you decided to stick with one, are you having any kids yet? It's just so annoying!" She shouted and ate her chips.

"Ace, are we sure we should ask for her help?" Ophelia leaned close to me, but I just nodded my head.

"We don't really have a choice, and besides, she is actually the most trustworthy information broker." Ophelia looked at me in concern but soon leaned back.

After a few more minutes, Jiji calmed down and sighed. She crumpled the now empty chip bag and tossed it into a garbage can that was on the other side.

"So yeah, is it cool if I borrow you from your wife?" She asked me with a hopeful look, I wanted to say no, but with how things are I decided to agree.

"Look, as long as we act as a couple, I'm fine, but no sex." Jiji looked disappointed at first but then smiled that I agreed.

"Alright, fine with me, now shoo, I got some work to do." She said and began to usher us out, as soon as we left, she closed the door behind us and giggled.

"Well, that went well." I said to the other two, Aarshiya then huffed and soon began to climb the stairs.

"Still, I prefer if we didn't have to see you agree to her request." I just shook my head and followed her.

"Well, we all have to make sacrifices." She huffed at my words and snapped her fingers, applying the spell once again.

"Well, before we head back, there is one more stop I wish to go to." She said and opened the hidden door.

"And what's that?" Ophelia asked, Aarshiya didn't respond to her question, so we kept silent through the walk.

As she stopped in front of a building, one of the windows broke, sending a man sprawling on the floor next to us.

"A fighting club?" I asked while staring at the man that was next to us.

"Yes, someone owes me money, and your entering." She turned to me and smiled, while I just stared at her in shock.

"Wait what?"
