How did this even happen? Last thing I remember, I was chilling on the couch watching the new Black Panther movie and then my popcorn finished, so when I went to open the microwave everything went black. How odd, maybe my luck ran out, curse you popcorn!

Back to the situation at hand, how do I move on from that point? To be completely honest, I don't even remember my name, I only remember very vivid details of the MCU, totally not a coincidence, something is fishy...

Welp, only one thing to do. Accept my new life as it is, there's no point in mulling over a previous death, might as well live this life to the fullest. Now what was that holographic thingy that had words on it, was it one of those super cool AI's in the stories I've read?

I'd say my status is pretty solid, although I would love more information about my rank, being F- doesn't seem to be very good. I think I should also check out the description of my moves, can't never have enough knowledge.

Well that was informative, although I wish I wasn't told I was so weak in such a manner, but what can you expect right? So it seems I have to kill organic organisms to receive OE, pretty nice trade off.

Now that that's settled, maybe I should explore my surroundings a bit. As a crow, this flight shit should be natural to me. Hopping forward, I was met with the edge of a building and the sight of New York City traffic.

Okay I can do this, I hopped off the building and flapped my wings. Despite my initial fears, muscle memory did it's thing and I was soon soaring in the air, dope. One thing I'd have to get used to is my eyesight, it's so enhanced that I can see a rat scurrying into a manhole from up here.

Thinking about that rat made me hungry, guess I'm eating rat for dinner. I tucked my wings in and swooped down and once I was above the rat I used [Grab].

My talons opened and I could see a hint of white energy around them. Once my talons dug into the rat, I perched onto a nearby building. The damn thing kept squeaking so I pecked it in it's skull, killing it instantly. I used my beak to tear the rat apart, and I hesitated for a moment.

Eh, fuck it. I ate the rat. It didn't taste bad, it was honestly pretty good.

It seems I also grew a bit larger, all that from one rat? What's stopping me from eating all of the rats? I heard the flapping of wings, and when I looked above me I saw a pigeon flying above me and it was descending. It descended a few feet away from me, another free meal.

I used [CAW!] to momentarily stun the pigeon and then I pecked it's skull, also killing it instantly. After eating the pigeon another holographic screen appeared.

This was kinda fun, I heard more flapping feathers and instead of a pigeon it was a red-tailed hawk, and it was diving right towards me. I flapped my wings and maneuvered out of the way, making the hawk halt it's dive and switch directions, just my fucking luck.

I flew in the air at my fastest speed and I balled my talons up. I heard this is out peregrine falcons kill their prey. When I got near the hawk, it flared it wings and displayed it's much longer and sharper talons and attempted to grab me in mid-air. I moved around the hawk and smacked it's beak with my talons, stunning it for a moment before it recovered.

The hawk screeched and I felt a sense of dread fill my entire being, this must've what the pigeon felt like when I used [CAW!]. For the brief moment I was stunned, the hawk had already gotten in front of my with it's talons displayed. I managed to move to the left a little bit, but the hawk still grabbed onto my left wings, much to my chagrin.

This shit hurt like hell! I tried using [Wing Slap] to get the hawk off my wing, but it was ineffective and the hawk continued to fly higher in the sky, I knew what it was trying to do. Hell no! I used [Peck] continuously at it's left leg, and after the fifth try, my beak punctured the hawks leg, making it drop me out of reflex.

Shit...I tried flapping my wings but my left wing was too damaged. Although I can't fly, I can try to glide. I slowly glided down towards a building and immediately looked up to see the hawk trying to dive at me again.

How about I use my fucking intelligence to my advantage? I didn't move out the way until the hawk was around 15 feet from the ground to which I simply flapped out of the way. The hawk was moving too fast for it to stop safely and hit the roof head first. I heard a sickening crunch and there the hawk was, dead.

Heh, dumbass. I proudly ate the hawk and looked at my wing restoring itself, nice!
