Ava Windi is a headstrong, smart leader type. She gets all A’s and is always competing with Connor for top dog.
Ava has two parents, but they are divorced. She lives with her 40 year old aunt who seeks the best out of her, but is scared of everything. Connor is her brother.
Connor Windi is a brave, strong, not-very-wise leader type. He likes just heading into things.. The only reason he is leader is because Mary Anne voted for him. Ava couldn’t vote for herself so she didn’t vote at all. Connor gets A’s despite his personality. He loves competing with Ava for top dog, even though it’s “no competition if Connor is in it.”
Mary Anne is a scared, school girl. She follows the rules so no one ever gets hurt. Most of the time, she has to keep her feelings or opinions to herself because to be truthful, nobody cares except for her small friend group. She tells no one, but she doesn’t have parents. She lives in a shelter, and she walks to school.
Together, this is their first mystery. They call their group "Millwoods Mystery Squad."
