Xylis woke up nauseous and confused. He woke up in a white room covered with bandages and bedridden as a lot of cables was connected to his body

He had no recollection of what, how and why is he here, he tried to move but found himself stuck on the same position so he try to spoke but only ended up letting out a gurgle

'Did I get in an accident? Where am i?' He question as he continue to felt that he's missing something important, he know something important

'What is it? What am I forgetting? I think it is really important that life is on the line, who's life is on the line? Why can't I remember anything?' His breath hitched as he pondered every information he could find in his head

"Calm down" a soft voice said to him easing his worries 

'Who?' He question as he try to look at the direction of the voice but his body refused to listen to him

Then he felt a warm hand caress his cheeks, "it be alright son, mom is here" she said

'Mom?' He questioned to himself

"Is our son gonna be fine, doc?" A deep yet calming voice ask

"It will be fine sir he was just experiencing the withdrawal for the 2nd awakening of his class" a voice of a woman replied, "he was still suffering from mana overdrive, so i suggest you let him stay for a few days for his senses to recover before you take him home again. i also send a report to the school about what happen so you have nothing to worry about"

"Thank you so much doctor if you weren't there we wouldn't have known what to do" Xylis's mother stated her eyes filled with tears

"I'm just doing my job and also it actually an honor for me too after all it's rare to come across a person with the Seer class" she stated

'Seer? Class? Mana? What does that even mean?' Xylis questioned as the world faded from his view, as his vision was consumed by darkness…
