The Werewolves continue to be at conflict with the Eldritch, along with being at war with the family, the werewolves have slowly begun to turn rabid, and unless someone puts a stop to the Eldritch Family, soon the werewolves will lose all semblance of their humanity. One day, after 300 years of silence, the Eldritch Family has finally communicated with the people of Ashbourne, requesting a servant to go up there and work for them. The Werewolves caught wind of this and took this opportunity to send a Half-Born up there, a half-human and half-werewolf, unlike the Werewolves a half-born is not cursed to turn rabid, but in turn lose many of the abilities of a regular werewolf, they are the werewolves’ only chance at stopping the Eldritch.
