The Prince on Horseback

The Graha kencana building was crowded. People filled the available seat in every row of the room for the graduation event of the students of Jaya Karya High school.

Parents were so excited and proud of watching their children's happy smiles which reflected on their faces. All sacrifices and patience of them had paid by looking at the graduations in happiness.

Alesha's parents were no exception, they sat in the first row of the seat enjoying the student's happiness. They smiled friendly to everyone who greeted them. They also felt happy as others. Attending their beloved daughter's school graduation, they were mister and miss Irwan.

Mister Irwan was a conglomerate and billionaire, he had a business empire whose branches were almost spread throughout Indonesia and based in Makassar city. His wife herself was an ex beautiful model whom he married 24 years ago and blessed two beautiful daughters.

Despite this, all his wealth and happiness did not make his life happy because the male heir he hoped, never existed. Even when his wife gave birth to his two beautiful daughters, he was still unsatisfied. The peak of his sadness was when his wife's womb was removed due to the problem of giving birth to his second daughter. So, the dream of having a male heir as the inheritor for the solid foundation of his business empire was lost.

Therefore, his only hope rested on his youngest daughter, Alesha. After his first daughter married her boyfriend who came from India and decided to follow her husband and leave for his country.

For that reason, Mr. Irwan was determined to prepare the best knowledge for Alesha, so his daughter could truly prepare one day, to be given great responsibility in continuing business.

Hearing her name mentioned, a tall girl raised from her seat. Her slender body made her more stunning. Wearing a soft purple dress, she smiled at everyone. Her thick straight dark hair and slightly wavy looked beautifully trimmed to the hips.

Her cute face smeared with flair makeup, made her even more attractive among the people around her. With a smile spreading over her pretty face, she looked like the moon shining brightly. Alesha walked gracefully and confidently toward the podium.

She received an award as the best graduate and was given the honor of delivering a short speech to all the attendees, she looked awesome.

"All thanks I give to the lord for this happiness, parents who have worked hard to give us everything, deserve the pride that we must continue to offer to them. Our noble and honorable teachers who have dedicated knowledge to us, they're entitled to our achievement in success and the good name of our alma mater.

We are the nation's next-generation who will continue to strive. So, what we have achieved today can be a reference for achieving our noble goal for the future, I wish the best for all of us, thank you." She said straightforwardly and confidently.

Deafening applause echoed throughout the room. After Alesha made her speech, she once again shook hands with everyone on the podium and stepped back down to her seat.

Ms. Yuni. Alesha's mother could only shed happy tears as she held her husband's hand.

"I'm so proud of our daughter, babe." She said quietly as she wiped away her tears.

"Yes honey, me too. She is our only hope and I can't let her be as her hope, I'll prepare her to go to England to continue her study there, so she can be ready to take over our business later." Mr. Irwan replied with a smile on his face.

Ms. Yuni furrowed her brow.

"But babe, you should have discussed it with our daughter first. She at least should also know your plan." Yuni knew well what her daughter wants. Alesha wanted to go to Turkey and studied there. It was Alesha's big dream. However, her husband's plan would only destroy that dream.

"Don't worry honey, our Alesha is an obedient child, she will understand," Mr. Irwan replied as smiled back at her.

Hearing her husband's remark, Mrs.Yuni could only smile wryly. She was worried about thinking about it. She was not sure what her husband said was right this time.

Meanwhile, the girl who became the center of the day looked very excited, she didn't stop showing her beautiful white rows of teeth. She looked so happy joking with her friends.

"Sa, where do you wanna go to continue your study? Heard that you want to go abroad, huh?" asked one of her friends.

"Yeah, that was my plan. I wanted to go to Egypt. I want to learn Arabic there. That country is my favorite." She answered, showing her white teeth perfectly line up in her mouth.

"Wow, that's cool. But, we are going to separate, it will be sad." She responded while putting on a sad face.

"It's ok Laura, we will meet again later when we are successful. I'm not going to stay there forever anyway. By the way, what if before I leave we have a party, first." Alesha suggested while embracing her best friend's shoulder.

Hearing her idea, Laura, who had been purring and sad, brightened up again and smiled happily.

"Sounds good, girl." She answered as she pinched Alesha's cheeks.

"Perfect. Well, I'm going to go with my parents. We will set up the schedule later. See you." Alesha said then walked over to the seat of her patients.

"Congratulations dear, we are proud of you." Said Alesha's parents, hugging their daughter warmly.

"Of course mom and dad, see? I promised not to let you down, you remember?" Replied the girl with a smile.

"Yes dear, Dady will always proud of you. Your success proves your quality as my daughter." Said Mr. Irwan, proudly.

Alesha only smiled happily hearing her father's compliments and adulation, in her heart she was very sure if her wish she would covey could be immediately approved by her father. She was eager to get home and tell her father about it. She had ever dreamed of exploring the land of her dreams.

After the event was over, they headed for the black Fortuner that had been waiting for them.

"Go home, Pri." Ordered Mr. Irwan to his driver, the car then drove away.

Alesha walked through the garden full of blooming beauties. She plucked one of those flowers and put it to her nose.

Inhaling it's a fragrance that refreshed her feeling. She felt the refreshing permeated her body while closing her round beautiful eyes.

Faint footsteps were approaching her, she could hear the galloping horse steps toward her. The longer, it got closer. Alesha then opened her eyes and how shocked she was because there was a handsome man who stood gallantly in front of her.

Then, the man walked over to Alesha with his charming smile. Her heart was pounding as he suddenly knelt before her. Then, he stretched out his hand while saying, "Would you like to ride with me?"
