In the alignment assessment center, every staff member was dressed in an oversized robe, similar to what was traditionally worn by Catholic clergymen in the past. The color of the robe varied according to the position of the person who wore it.
The lowest-ranking staff members used purple robes, thus being called "purple priests." With the same rule, the ranks higher than "purple priests" were "blue deacon" and "yellow bishop."
Overseeing 72 alignment-affiliated churches was the "crimson archbishop." Above them, there were nine "white cardinals," or directly called "cardinals," who were the top-most representatives for each of the alignments.
Finally, a pope with the signature "Black Golden Robe" presided over the church at the top.
Keiko, Sarah, and Diana loitered in the lobby for a long time. Keiko was a little confused, not knowing who to ask. Eventually, she simply saw a purple priest nearby and went to ask.
