"Alright, Mom, I got it!" Bonnie happily exclaimed.

Yuga looked around the house and didn't see Clemont's father, which meant he hadn't returned yet.

"Clemont, don't we need to help your mom?" Yuga asked Clemont, smelling the delicious aroma wafting from the kitchen.

Clemont motioned for Yuga to sit down, poured him a glass of juice, and said, "Dad's Blaziken is in the kitchen, it'll help Mom."

Yuga nodded in understanding. He assumed the Blaziken was the Pokémon capable of Mega Evolution, though the Clemont family appeared unaware of its father's secret.

Things like Blaziken Mask sounded rather like the antics of a teenager who hadn't grown up.

Yuga chatted with Clemont and Bonnie for a while until they heard the sound of a motorcycle outside. Shortly after, Clemont's father entered the house.

Accompanying him was a tall, golden-furred Ampharos, which served as Clemont's father's assistant in the electric appliance store.

"Ah! Dad and Ampharos are back!" Bonnie leaped off the couch and ran cheerfully to Clemont's father's side.

Clemont's father lifted his daughter and greeted Yuga, saying, "Yuga, welcome, welcome."

Seeing the homeowner return, Yuga stood up and smiled, saying, "Thank you for having me."

As for the Ampharos, it exchanged a brief greeting with Yuga upon entering but headed straight for the kitchen to help.

The lunch prepared by Clemont's mother was exceptionally lavish, and Yuga finally got to see the Blaziken that was assisting in the kitchen.

As the final dish was placed on the table, Clemont's mother expressed her apologies to Yuga, saying, "Last night when you arrived, I didn't realize it was necessary to treat you properly. I feel terribly rude."

Yuga quickly waved his hand and replied, "Not at all, not at all. You were worried about Clemont and Bonnie, so there's no need to be too concerned."

"Really?! Big brother is a Gym Leader too? That's so cool! No wonder he's so amazing!"

Clemont's intention to succeed as the Gym Leader of Lumiose City was something Bonnie was aware of. So when she heard that Yuga was also a Gym Leader, she instantly felt a sense of camaraderie.
