Choosing a Class (1)

In a game things are much easier for the players and they don't need to rack their brains wondering why the penalty they suffer for dying in the game is the way it is. No, most of the time, most players don't even think about it and subconsciously choose to ignore this sort of thing. After all, the penalty was made that way, because the developers wanted to and that's it. There's no reason for players to trying to understand something that won't change anything in their gameplay

Icarus really wishes he could play dumb and apply that same logic to his current situation. However, he can't

The simple fact that he knows that this is not a game, but reality, prevents him from following this simple logic!

In a somewhat complex mood, Icarus lowers his head and stares at his scarred arms for a moment. He then looks away and letting out a heavy sigh, he whispers to himself

"There no such thing as a free lunch!"
