Description: Winter is her name now as she was giving a second chance to making friends with her enemies. She is also after revenge and will get it. John was one of the bullies that had driving her to become who she was back then but now she is different. He doesn't know that she is after revenge with him and his friends but he seems to have fallen for her.

Character:

Winter(ruby): age 18, every one of her enemies were friends to her, wanted revenge and her hair was as beautiful as flames, she will not let anyone ruin her ever again, she was ugly back then but now things changed

John: age 18, was a bad boy and ruined her life, didn't hear about her death until a week ago, he is the mafia boss son, if someone cross his path he will destroy them, he meets ruby at night as he beaten up, she bandage him up and a lot more as well

Snow: age 17, John baby sister, made her do everything she was told to do, humiliated her in front of everyone, lied to John about her and such

Daniel: age 19, friends with her, yet he hurt her, was lied to about him cheating on the test, she promised she never tell, was another mafia leader

Vito: age 19, older brother of John and snow, rather tough and loves to torture people, hates it when a girl breaks his brothers heart, threaten her but was actually her twin

Ally: age 17, was twin sister with ruby, was upset when she passed away, hates many people who ruined her sister life, she slapped Vito in the face and walked away, she was annoyed so much that she decides to teach him a little lesson

Tony: age 19, friend of Vito, was also a member and did a lot of the dirty work, he was the lone wolf in the dark until he went out to a club, was drunk and kissed a girl who worked their

Kandi: age 18, was a friend of ally and worked there for her family needed the money for rent, first kissed was stolen, was pinned down as he was rough yet gentle on her, woke up in his arms, tries to escape but he held her close and tight

Introduction

She wakes up slowly to realize she was in heaven and couldn't believe it until she then realize she was dead. She was walking to school when a car crashed into her and she died. She looks and sees an angel telling her something but couldn't understand a word the angel was saying. She listens as sound was coming back to her ears and wonders what's going to happen to her while she was in heaven and if she was ever going to grow wings. Angel of resurrection said "ruby, you have now been given another chance at life but use it wisely or else you will come back and become Angel do you understand?" She looks at the angel wings and was fascinated by the wings and was a bit distracted. She looks at him and nods while he was talking to her. She was relieved that she was going to be given a new life and then looks at him.

"Yes I understand and will I be given another life and name??"

"Yes your name will be winter and you will be living near an old building and I will also come to visit you also will pay for the rent."

Winter nods as she was put back to sleep and was teleported back down to earth. Her soul had become someone else and she wakes up with only a dress on nothing under. She looks around the place and then she looks at her reflection and flinched a bit but will get used to her new life starting from tomorrow. She didn't understand what was going on but she was starting to like her new life. She walks at night and sees a guy walking past her and she smiles at him as he looked at her and knew what was going to happen.

Morning came, winter walks into the school she has known for quite some time. She doesn't feel like a new student at the school but better act like one. She will decided when her revenge shall be for the students in this school did to her. She sees John the boy she used to have a crush on well the old ruby did. She wished it never happened in the first place but it was too late for her to say that since in her new life everything can change in a blink of an eye. John was the school's bad boy and his reputation stands since his father was a mafia boss. John was going to succeed in his father since he was challenged and had one so many that he was close to becoming the next head in line. Winter knew all too well as soon as she sees snow and her crew. Snow wasn't like most girls since she was the only girl in her family that was strong and she bullied snow and lied to her brother about something she did to her or what ruby did as she was walking to her locker she sees the new girl and walked up to her to greet her.

"Hi, you must be new here welcome to lisamount high names Snow Smith"

They shake hands and snow had a tight grip and the tension was rather gloomy for some reason she was not in a good mood because her boyfriend or ex had dumped her because he couldn't take what her family did. Winter hands were tighter then hers and will never lose to snow ever again for what she did. They agreed it was a tie and that was the greeting you get if you were a new kid from what she heard from her sister. Snow showed winter around the school and then she ran up to her two brothers and hugged them. Winter wasn't ready to meet john just yet not even vito since thet day of snows birthday party her sister slapped him hard in the face because he was drunk at the time and he threw up on her new dress she was going to show off to her friends. Snow had introduced winter to her two brothers and shake hads with them both. John could have sworn that he had seen this girl before but she doesn't remember where exactly. They wonder who this girl was and winter had hidden in the bathroom for a while not ready to see them.

John was talking to vito about something "anyways Vito you have to allow them to make peace with each other or else there will be an all-out war and you know how our father can be if he finds out that you punched a guy just because he was on enemy territory." Vito had disagreed with his brother and wouldn't agree at all to what he said "I rather not and just fight them to the bitter end. My dear brother peace will get you nowhere in life when they want to kill everyone we known and loved."

Snow looks at them like they were nuts "are you guys at it again with another mafia??"

They looked at her for a second and then went back to arguing very loud that it could be heard from the bathroom. Winter walked out and went to art class. When she got there john was in her first period class even Daniel who was drawing a master piece. She introduced herself to everyone and sat down next to john who was drawing a golden field. She wonders what her school life is going to be since she had a second chance to fix her mistakes. John wondered why this girl name winter was next sitting next to him and then remembered that the teacher assigned her seat what she was drawing since he could see a moonlight shining on a lake with couples on a swing. She looks at him and wonders why he was looking at her drawing and tries to hide it. He then takes the book and looks at her drawings as he just took her book.

Winter was angry and tried to get her bool back "hey! You can't just take a girls book without permission!"

John was messing with her "What are you going to do about it?"

She tries to grab it but then it was hard for her to do so and instead she did what she could never imagine. She kissed him in front of everyone and the teacher wasn't paying attention since she was doing something on her computer. He dropped everything and as she stopped she takes back the book. He looks at her surprised and she draws his surprised face since he was a bit red. No one had dared touched him except for his family members because everyone afraid of what he was cable of. She poked his face to see if he was still alive from her surprise attack.

Winter tries to make sure he was ok since her surprise attack was a little too much "I'm sorry was that a little too much for you??" He ignores her frustrated and was a bit red and she smiles at what him and went back to her drawing as she took her stuff back. Kandi was behind her and smiled at john was looking like a red tomato "wow winter I never knew you were that outgoing everyone around here is afraid of what this guy is cable of now a days and by the way names kandi." She turns around sees someone she never met before but smiles "It's a gift and is he going to be ok?? And it's nice to meet you kandi."

"Should be fine for a while don't worry about it too much and my names Daniel" Daniel was a friendly person to newcomers at the school.

Meanwhile, John wakes up a few minutes later and was done with his project. Class had ended and winter was waiting on john since snow had told winter that john will be taking her to the next class. He then walks with her to her next class which was language arts and he heard loud yelling. He then sees Vito talking rudely to ally and she was not in the mood for he kept making fun of her a lot and it wasn't a good thing to do.

"Leave me alone Vito! I don't want to speak to a person who ruined my sister's life!"

"Says the person sister who hurt my family."

"My sister was sweet and kind but if you don't want to see it then let me live my life the way it should be."

As she turns around to walk away vito sees a scar on her back and grabbed her by the arm. She tries to push him away but he grabs her by the hair and she shrieked. She tries to shake him off and bit his arms. He was mad and she ran off not wanting to speak to him and made her hair short in the bathroom. Ally sees the new girl and smiles at her and went to greet her.

"Hi, you must be the new girl names ally and welcome to lisamount high"

"Hi names winter and thank you." they shake hands and winter smiled. She has always loved her sister's confidents and a lot more "do you know where locker 310 is??"

Ally was a bit surprise that someone was going to be using her sisters locker and said "sure follow me" Winter follows her to the locker and realized that she had the same locker as before. She knows where everyone else locker is as well and ally walked with her to her locker. John sees winter doing something and wonders why she looks so familiar and that he felt something inside him. She looks at him as he stared at her and won't ever tell him that she was ruby.
