There was a goblin sitting behind the solo table desk writing on some documents as Brodrig hurriedly walk towards him and disturb what he is doing whispering something and handing down the document after. Looking at the document the goblin who has the look of importance that radiates a very proud aura looked shocked and look towards us.

"You can now leave Brodrig. Dear guest, please have a sit. I am Gryh, the head goblin of this Gringotts branch. May I offer you some drinks and snacks?" As he pointer towards the seats in front of his desk.

Idun and I sit oppositely Of each other. "No need for snacks Nor drinks Mr. Gryh. I hope we can discuss quickly on the matter we have many other things to tend to so please start." I said.

"With your permission, if I may be bold to ask how old are you Mr. Ophias you look so young. Being the heir there are lots of discussions that adults are needed maybe your companion will discuss with me?"

Then we discussed all the property and all the document that needed to be signed that was passed on to me. I did not bother changing the arrangements that were previously laid down regarding the rentals. All the payments will now go to the Ophias business vault rather than in the previous Salazar vault. Also, the one thing that interests me the most is two things. The Hogwarts land title and the mansion land title. As the Hogwarts title was explained in detail to me, now I own the land and the castle including the forbidden forest and Hogsmead. I have authority on the castle, it will do my bidding.
