"Grace! Grace! Are you okay? Please talk to me!" Grey shook me while my eyes were fixed on the destruction in front of me. "Grace! We can stop now. Let's go! Call the girls." Grey said in desperation while hugging me tightly.
He pressed my face on his chest to block my vision. But the scene was imprinted in my head and it was going on and on.
"So cruel!" I breathed out as I felt a bile raised in my chest and anger started to raise up.
"Huh?" Grey looked down at me in confusion. I looked up at him. My eyes were red with unshed tears. "What is it, dear?" He asked in a soft tone and his tone was laced with worry.
"They are so cruel, Grey!" I exclaimed in agony. "I worked so hard in that cafe, Grey. I sacrificed my time, my labor, my ideas, almost everything into it. And look how heartlessly they are destroying all of it!" I exclaimed while biting down the sob. I was trying really hard not to cry.
