Gale kept on scratching his chin despite not having any facial hair,

"Thinking about this whole thing, she actually didn't even thank me at all.."

He wasn't going to reply to her, after all he didn't have the time for that plus he was more joking around with her than really trying to score, he wasn't all that interested in her or any girl for all that matters.

finally looking for his breakfast he actually just came to the realization that most of it was eaten by his metal friend. Looking at the big round eye of his partner he couldn't really get angry at him.

In his past instructions days, a huge emphasis was put into the diet of the mons, but riot was not eating anything beside regular human food.

Sighing, gale patted his friend before deciding to head to the local human gym, he could work out and they had some training place for mons.

"I will see how you fare out trying to learn bulldoze, i doubt we'd be able to master the move in half a day to be ready for the fight against fisher but no harm trying right ?"

"Arooon!"

As gale was getting ready to leave his eyes stopped at the little syringe..

Gale didn't really have the time to properly look at the syringe, but he could still feel a sort of strange and uncanny feeling coming from his body.

Without thinking for a second more, he rushed out of the appartement leaving the journal and the syringe there.

If he was to be honest he was scared, and had already a lot to deal with, so he decided to just rush doing something more productive.

In his belt was the ball with Riot in it, in his sweater pocket was the tms and his wallet, making his way to the gym, he raised his hood, he didn't want to be spotted too easily he didn't know who could be after him after all.

Getting in the gym he flashed his member card to the guy at the reception desk, before heading deeper as the sounds of steel clanging and some stuffed grunts were heard as excessive efforts were made.

Beside the usual humans, there was also a big number of fight type pokemons training their strength.

Starting his weight lifting routine, gale quickly moved to a very focused and dedicated mood as he slowly forgot about the syringe, the turbos, his mad plan to change the world for the better..making the void in his head.

Just before getting into that, he let out his starter, which moved into an unoccupied treadmill, training even more his speed and endurance.

He truly felt at home, his toned body was the result of a lot of pain and sacrifices, and he had the painful realization that he still had a lot of progress to make whether it is in his trainer "career"

or in general.

After a little while, gale was drenched in sweat, riot was huffing and puffing on the side too.

Gale moved and got a water bottle drinking some before filling his palm with some to let riot drink from it.

As the two were sharing this moment,

gale looked dead in the eye of his friend,

"We're gonna go try that bulldoze move okay ? No pressure do your best"

After that aron had his fill, he moved to the outside pokemon training area, and got the tms out of his pocket before placing the disk in one of the training terminals, the screen split in two.

In one half were instructions meant for the pokemon, on how to perform the move, as the other side provided some insights on why and how the move could fail and examples of training regimes to give to increase the mastery of the attack.

The whole explanation went for nearly half an hour on itself, it was practically noon when the two officially started the training,

bulldoze was basically reliant on a heavy stomp, that would have an area of effect, dealing not only damage but could reduce the speed of other mons and could even potentially trap them under the ground partially, it was all around a very good move, that could be used in a lot of different situations

"Bulldoze is really perfect for you, since you already have a bit of a speed advantage compared to other steel or ground type, you rivalize already with a lot of normal types and now with this move you could reduce even more any speed difference and catch up to faster mons or even just be out right quicker than them."

The more he spoke the more he realized how this technique could tip the balance in riot favors

"And you will still be able to deal damage and not only one, you'd be able hit numerous targets."

"Aaroon!!"

The training regime for the move was basically, going through, making a steady progress of the ground vibrations made by the move, the mon had to direct that energy and also not hurt itself or dramatically make the terrain crack.

Looking at Riot training very hard, gale popped every now and then giving him some advices or ideas, nonetheless theoretically riot could train by himself he was a big training maniac.

As time went by, the duo decided to stop training in the mid afternoon, they were both hungry having only had breakfast and some protein bars from the vending machines.

As the two made their way outside of the gym, gale thought of something before saying.
