Xiao Ting despised Sun Jack, even feeling an extreme aversion to him.
If there were a button she could press to kill Sun Jack, she would definitely press it until her hand cramped.
But if she had to choose between him and some shady character on a weekend, she'd rather pick Sun Jack.
At least after so many interactions, she understood her enemy and knew his personality.
Although she was not great with people and had a bad temper, she wasn't a fool; surviving in Metropolis for so long had taught her how to maximize her benefits.
It was just then that Sun Jack's voice suddenly cut in.
"You've been fooled by her from the very beginning, although she seems different on the surface, she's actually a bona fide Metropolitan Citizen," he said.
Facing Sun Jack's intervention, the voice grew extremely angry, "Do you think it's over? No! It's not over yet! You've ruined my life! I'll never forget this debt."
"What did I ever do to you? Who are you? Why are you going to such great lengths to target me?" Sun Jack challenged the stranger.
"How few people have you offended, Sun Jack? Think about it for yourself! Remember, this is just the beginning!"
Hearing this, Sun Jack couldn't help but laugh. This guy still wanted to pretend to be someone else to trick him, but he wasn't a fool; how could he not see something so obvious?
"Stop acting, Director Guan Sanke. Have the people around you been flattering you so much that you think your acting is good? You think I can't tell?" he asked.
When Sun Jack mentioned his name, Guan Sanke, watching from afar in the Holy Grail, felt his heart almost jump out. He had guessed right; this guy had awakened again!
"But are we so poor in our production team that you're cutting corners like this? To control a big star like me, you're only willing to pay this much?" Sun Jack reached to pat Xiao Ting's head but she slapped his hand away.
At that moment, Guan Sanke couldn't be bothered to argue anymore. He immediately switched the live show to commercials, his face looking incredibly sour as he hurried off with a group of people.
Seeing the voice disappear, Xiao Ting began to demand her payment. "You promised me Weike Medical!'
"Don't worry, I keep my word. You can leave now. What comes next is not something you can be a part of," he said.
Sun Jack turned and left the office, heading towards the elevator.
"Who exactly is that person? It looks like you know where they come from?" Xiao Ting asked curiously as she accepted the company shares.
"He is a Holy Grail Person." Sun Jack's words startled Xiao Ting so much that her body jolted.
"It was him who killed Hilda and the others. I have to avenge them," Sun Jack said, his eyes resolute as he entered the elevator and pushed the button for the top floor.
"Are you coming?" Sun Jack turned and asked Xiao Ting, who was outside the elevator.
Until the elevator doors closed, Xiao Ting had not responded, and Sun Jack wasn't surprised in the slightest.
A minute later, Sun Jack stood in the pouring rain, watching as the Spacecraft Carrier slowly emerged from the clouds, and he clenched his fists tightly.
"Have you been preparing all these things for the past two months? You're blowing your identity so openly, is everything ready?" Tapai asked him from the side.
"Is there ever a perfect assurance? As long as there's a thirty percent chance, it's worth my all-out effort!" Under Sun Jack's control, the Sky-base Weapon lying in Buddha's arms slowly erected itself.
Just as the Sky-base Weapon started emitting a bright light from its top, aimed at the Spacecraft Carrier, Guan Sanke floated down. With a slight gesture of his hand, the hovering Sky-base Weapon was heavily smashed onto the ground, kicking up billows of dust.
"Do you think you can use this thing against me?"
As Guan Sanke waved his hand again, Sun Jack's body lost control, and he started feeling intense pain all over. "What do you think you are? You're nothing but a puppet in my hand!!"
Guan Sanke hovered in front of the immobilized Sun Jack, looking down at him, "I determine whether you live or die. I am the director, and everything about you must be under my control!"
"I'd planned to pursue a bit of realism, but you're so annoying with your constant meddling! Since that's the case, I'll have to replace you completely."
Enduring the pain, Sun Jack let out a low chuckle. "Are we agreed now? That's exactly what I've been waiting for you to say."
The next second, the hideous face of Guan Sanke, through the Holy Grail Sun Jack Clone, was broadcast directly to the Holy Grail Network, immediately causing a huge uproar,
With a "snap," Sun Jack started a live broadcast on the Holy Grail Network. "Hello, everyone! I am your Sun Jack! Before me is my director, Mr. Guan Sanke!! The plot of 'Revolution Sun Jack' is not freely developed, but indeed controlled by director Guan Sanke!"
But Sun Jack's live broadcast had barely started for three seconds before it was banned, displayed as being obscene and offensive.
"It's over!" With a raise of Guan Sanke's hand, Sun Jack's head shrank first, then exploded immediately, splattering blood and brain matter everywhere.
However, just as he was ready to find a more obedient Sun Jack to continue the performance, a Sun Jack Clone, riding in a Hover Car and wielding a machine gun, started shooting wildly at him.
"Sorry, it's not over yet. Now my consciousness is not confined to a single body."
Guan Sanke waved his hand casually, turning the Hover Car into a ball of fire, but at that moment, his face was very ugly.
His worst fears had come true. Sun Jack had mastered the technology, and controlling him now was going to be a thousand times harder than before. The cost had also doubled.
"My family! I'm back! Come and look!! The director has committed murder!!"
Having switched to a new body, Sun Jack shouted, causing the market value of the "Revolution Sun Jack" IP to plummet drastically.
Sun Jack understood it was useless to fight Guan Sanke head-on; he should target the script itself. If the show was ruined, then Guan Sanke would indeed be worse off than dead!
"Who taught you to do this?!" Guan Sanke was about to explode with rage as he waved his hand forcefully, rendering all the Sun Jack Clones motionless in an instant.
"Who taught me this? Believe me, you can guess even if I don't say it, right? That's right! It was X!!!"
Guan Sanke closed Sun Jack's live broadcast room again and used his authority to prevent him from starting another live stream.
He could no longer care about how much the market value of the "Revolution Sun Jack" IP had fallen. All he could do now was try to minimize the losses.
If only he could quickly resume broadcasting and spend money on hiring internet shills to steer public opinion, and ride on the crest of the wave, then maybe there was hope for the IP!
