chapter 107: You can never have me.

" Where did you spend the night ? " May asked.

" I went to visit a friend. " He said.

" A friend? Yet you told Jenny that you were busy at work ? " She asked.

" Then why are you asking if you know that I was here ? "

" Because you decieved her. Ronny said you were not here. " She yelled.

" Then believe me . I was at a friend's house. " He said.

" Hoe could you sleep over at a friend's house ? Don't you know we are married ? "

" I know we are. You don't have to remind me that you are my wife. I am very aware about that. " He said.

May calmed down and sat down but she was still angry.

" Which friend did you go to see ? " She asked.

" That is personal. " He said

May got pissed again and got.

" Calcel....I am fed up of this ! " She raised her voice.

" We are married but you have never treated me like a wife ! " She said still in a high tone.

Calcel got up banging his desk.

" That is because I was forced to marry you. May you know I have no feeling for you." She said.

May started shading tears hearing him speak like this.

" But you have to blame me anyway. I shouldn't have accepted to marty you. " He said walking away when May said.

" So do you think that you have Alyssa? "

Her questioning stopped him but hjs back was still facing her's.

May turned around to face his back.

" I know the person you are dying for is Alyssa. But she is your step mother. No matter what you do, She can never be yours. " May blurted.

Calcel chuckled and turned to look at her.

" You are right. " He lowered his voice.

" The one I like is Alyssa. I may never have her just as you have said. But there is no difference between you and me. We both love what we can't have. ....You .....can never have me. " He said and walked away leaving May in his Office.

May screamed out all her anger and threw away everything that was on Calcel's desk.

' Calcel...I won't just let it go like this. ' She said and dashed out of the office.

Alyssa was still in the hospital and she had agreed that she was going to be here for some days as Calcel found the way out. She was seated on the bed when her phone rung and it was Gladys.

" Mom..." She said.

" Alyssa, How are you my love "

" I am fine. "

" Did you reach well ? "

Alyssa posed on hearing this. She was actually to be in the states right now

" Yes...ma'am. I reached safely. It is so nice here. " She lied.

" I am glad to hear about that. I will call Mr.David and tell him that you reached well. "

" No Mom. You don't need to. I will inform him myself. " She said and bit her lower lip

" Fine then. I will check on you later. "

" Okay Mom. " Alyssa said and ended the call.

She didn't know for how long she was goimg to hide this.

David and Jenny were in the Mansion's living room when May came back . David smiled on seeing her but she looked bitter and angry.

" What is wrong ? " David asked getting up.

" Father....What can i do ? " She asked in a soft voice.

" What is wrong dear ? Tell me. " David said pulling her hand such that she could sit down with him.

" Calcel doesn't love me. " She said tearing up.

Jenny decided to leave them to talk.

" Why do you think like that ? " David asked.

" I talked to him this morning. He told me he doesn't love me and that he will never . " She cried.

" Don't take that serious dear. He said that because he hasn't realised what a beautiful woman you are to him. But once he realises, He will love you. " David said to comfort her.

" No Dad....he doesn't love me. The person he loves is Alyssa. His step mother..." May cried out surprising David. He didn't expect May to know about this.

" No May. You misunderstood. Calcel can't love Alyssa. " He said.

" No father. He does. And you also knew abouy it. Didn't you ? " She asked.

David looked guilty.

" I knew. That's why I sent her away. She went to the states and she will never come back." He spoke and held her hands strong.

" He will forget her very soon. So you won't have to worry about that. " David said

May got more cpurage now and dried her tears.

Juliana was in her apartment when Cynthia called her.

" Cynthia...how are you ? " Juliana asked.

" I am very happt because i have good news for you. "

" Which news ? "

" I heard that David sent Alyssa to the states. " Cynthia said.

" Really ? That is good to here. " Juliana responded.

" But why ? " She asked.

" We shall get to know more from May. How about we pay her a visit. " Cynthia suggested.

" Sure....l will get ready. " Juliana said.

" I will come to pick you. " Cynthia said.

" Fine. " Juliana ended the call.

After that Juliana smirked.

" I was thinking of going back but since Alyssa is gone I guess I should stay abit longer. My husband might need me. " Juliana thought.

Alyssa was having a walk around the hospital when she met Calcel . He smiled on seeing her and moved faster towards her.

" Calcel...I thought you left. " She told him.

He held her hand tightly maintaining his smile.

" I came to see you. " He said.

" But you had just left. " Alyssa complained.

" There was no much work there. And I missed you " He said.

Alyssa shook her head with a grin.

Calcel moved closer and pulled the strands of hair before her face. He looked down at her .

" I want to be here with you all the time. " He said.

He said these moving closer and he kissed her lips. Alyssa kissed him back and their kiss became intense. He nibbled and leaked on her sweet lips while his hands explored her waist and she enjoyed feeling his touch on her

Calcel finally pulled away from the kiss and pecked her on the forehead. He held her hand and said.

" Let's go get lunch. "

" Mmm " She responded with a beam.
