Extraterrestrial Combat Force

The story follows a group of soldiers, scientists, and engineers who become the world's last line of defense. XCOM's diverse team, led by a determined Commander, faces numerous challenges in their desperate struggle for survival. Starting with their first harrowing mission, they confront various alien species, each with its own deadly abilities. As the war escalates, the team makes breakthroughs in technology and tactics, adopting alien tech for their own use and even modifying their own soldiers genetically and cybernetically to face the escalating threat.
