Synopsis

Before the creation of the Sect, there was Kiranara. Before reaching fame, survival was difficult in a world where the weak are the first to fall or, to be more precise, the first to be controlled and forced to serve as if they were slaves of war. Unlike many, the young Kiranara didn’t stick to big events or attracted attention to herself, initially. She wasn’t interested in services rendered to the Great Kingdoms, nor did she pay attention to the events concerning the great disputes over territories. Her only interest was the study of forbidden spells. During years of tests, mistakes, and successes, she developed the ritualistic arts. As she studied these powers, she discovered magnificent powers and as she developed the most diverse rituals, it was time to test them. It soon became clear that to acquire power and maintain it, it would be necessary to have more people to work with her. However, initially, it was very difficult to acquire a guard of disciples without having a place to offer them shelter or money to pay for their loyalty. Years passed and young Kiranara had become a woman at the height of her age. Beautiful and insightful and sometimes mentioned in many letters from Kings who had developed a secret passion for her. Her mystery fascinated them. Her contempt for such letters made her ignore them completely. Contrary to what she expected, it didn’t make them give up. In the end, no one received a visit from such a woman or a written response. Nothing. She completely ignored them, making them fall in love only with their appearance, which is often described in words and pictures. Later, inevitably, Kiranara acquired followers and many disciples. Some followers had become her generals, precisely because they performed the Rite of Passage efficiently. She didn’t want a government or a kingdom, but the whole world. Then, she created the organization called the Sect and told them that no one should know about them until the time was right. Before and after her death many sought her secrets and many treated her only as a myth. Sometimes, some tried to discover her writings and legacy but failed. When Kiranara noticed that there was no way to overcome death, she decided to make her legacy and left it in the hands of people descended from her disciples and faithful followers. In the end, the arcane mage earned her title as Kiranara of the Initial Rituals and although her story was long ago, she wasn’t forgotten. A few years later Akhenahi would study her most important texts and learn not only about her but also what she had done and created. Akhenahi closed herself off to the world and even to her only brother Galm to acquire what such an arcane mage hadn’t achieved: the world under her feet unconditionally and irreversibly. Her fascination with the search for power was inspired by Kiranara. She respected her, but she had a desire to be better, to prove that she was someone worthy of obedience and adoration. With that inspiration, such a woman followed many steps of the mage, as well as her secret commandments. Akhenahi started her search for the Arcane Scrolls. These scrolls must be distributed among other kingdoms due to a threat that if the Sect didn’t do so, they would have to face the whole world. In them, there was the greatest legacy of Kiranara and through them, Akhenahi would have more power. Now, however, the search has begun and this woman will have the three Arcane Scrolls, regardless of the price to be paid.

Training Pokemon

For a while I have read over all the cut and paste concepts on the Pokemon world trying to make the host strong as well as his Pokemon using the gamer system. I understand it's a dangerous world and you want to give the MC extra plot Armour. I thought about this and realized that the host would rarely fight in matters that needed strength except in situations that dealt with Legendaries. If that becomes par for course though in the story. What's the point of making this a long term novel that deals with the growth of a character. I would've set this as a short novel that deals with an overpowered MC that one shots all situations that need it. Also I wish to point out that Pokémon have sentience. The world also has abundant food with berries being around and the things that happen in Pokedex's in the games, I'm gonna try to stay partially away from as this is rated at a rating lower than 18+. (That's mostly because I find cursing unnecessarily to be just plain bad etiquette. I can understand if it happens when something bad occurs and you can't control your mouth. But flippant use of them just to annoy people is just that. Annoying...) The original story is also about friendship, journeying, and finding a purpose in the world they're in with their friends. Sabrina, Dawn, and May deal with contests. While Ash, and Iris love battling. Brock even finds a purpose on his journey as a breeder fully going into the field instead of just pursuing it as a side hobby like before when he had to take care of his brothers. As such I find it, while not useless for writing. A complete disappointment and withdrawal from the nature of what this world represents. What with hope and friendship being these main parts, and if you're fighting every creature you meet into submission. How is it possible for you to truly bond beyond servant and subject. Another thing is inside this story I will not limit the host to having 6 Pokemon on his being. No this would only apply to gyms or competitions as these kinds of things would require a more formal structure. I have decided on a new idea for this system that instead focuses on the Pokemon themselves. This includes knowledge, buffs, items and so on. The system will be less of a RPG stat layout directly as this still exists. But the stats come from training with the other stuff like others would train in a real world. The exception being Buffs. He can also use the system to build a utopia for his Pokemon. He can even slow down the time inside to gain larger training time later on for specific species which grow slower like Ninetails or various Ghost Pokemon. Enough of this Synopsis and rant though and on to the story. Ps. It's obvious, but I don't own this image. So I take no credit for it. And if someone eventually would like to make an image for this story I will thank you. Sincerely. PPS: Comments help me keep my want to write. When I notice there's not a lot of comments. I second guess my writing, like a lot. Probably for a good reason as I know I like to over analyze things, and I KNOW that's gonna influence my writing. I can see it deeply ingrained. So if you guys like my style please comment.

The Creation of the World

Genesis is the first book of the Pentateuch (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy), the first section of the Jewish and the Christian Scriptures. Its title in English, “Genesis,” comes from the Greek of literally, “the book of the generation (genesis) of the heavens and earth.” Its title in the Jewish Scriptures is the opening Hebrew word, Bereshit, “in the beginning.” The book has two major sections—the creation and expansion of the human race, and the story of Abraham and his descendants. The first section deals with God and the nations, and the second deals with God and a particular nation, Israel. The opening creation account lifts up two themes that play major roles in each section—the divine command to the first couple (standing for the whole race) to produce offspring and to possess land In the first section, progeny and land appear in the form of births and genealogies and allotment of land, and in the second, progeny and land appear in the form of promises of descendants and land to the ancestors. Another indication of editing is the formulaic introduction, “this is the story; these are the descendants” (Hebrew tōledôt), which occurs five times in Section I and five times in Section II. For the literary sources of Genesis, see Introduction to the Pentateuch. As far as the sources of Genesis are concerned, contemporary readers can reasonably assume that ancient traditions were edited in the sixth or fifth century B.C. for a Jewish audience that had suffered the effects of the exile and was now largely living outside of Palestine. The editor highlighted themes of vital concern to this audience: God intends that every nation have posterity and land; the ancestors of Israel are models for their descendants who also live in hope rather than in full possession of what has been promised; the ancient covenant with God is eternal, remaining valid even when the human party has been unfaithful. By highlighting such concerns, the editor addressed the worries of exiled Israel and indeed of contemporary Jews and Christians. How should modern readers interpret the creation-flood story in Genesis. The stories are neither history nor myth. “Myth” is an unsuitable term, for it has several different meanings and connotes untruth in popular English. “History” is equally misleading, for it suggests that the events actually took place. The best term is creation-flood story. Ancient Near Eastern thinkers did not have our methods of exploring serious questions. Instead, they used narratives for issues that we would call philosophical and theological. They added and subtracted narrative details and varied the plot as they sought meaning in the ancient stories. Their stories reveal a privileged time, when divine decisions were made that determined the future of the human race. The origin of something was thought to explain its present meaning, e.g., how God acts with justice and generosity, why human beings are rebellious, the nature of sexual attraction and marriage, why there are many peoples and languages. Though the stories may initially strike us as primitive and naive, they are in fact told with skill, compression, and subtlety. They provide profound answers to perennial questions about God and human beings. The stories about Jacob and his twelve sons are united by a geographical frame: Jacob lives in Canaan until his theft of the right of the firstborn from his brother Esau forces him to flee to Paddan-Aram (alternately Aram-Naharaim). There his uncle Laban tricks him as he earlier tricked his brother. But Jacob is blessed with wealth and sons. He returns to Canaan to receive the final blessing, land, and on the way is reconciled with his brother Esau. As the sons have reached the number of twelve, the patriarch can be given the name Israel. The blessings given to Abraham are reaffirmed to Isaac and to Jacob. I hope that you all like this book!
