3 Ignore

Yoon-ah eyes slowly adjusted to the slight as she opened her eyes.

She stared at the plain white ceiling.

"What...the..." She groaned and sat herself up.

She was in a familiar black bed in a quiet room.

Suddenly a figure entered the room.

"Someones finally awake."

Yoon-ah looked up. Eungi.

"What happened?" she asked, taking the covers off her body.

"What happened? You were sleeping in front of my door asshole." She scoffed.

"Oh, I'm sorry. But why didn't you leave me in the other bed?" The raven-haired asked out of curiosity.

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯?

"The other bed is broken." She said quickly turning away.

"Oh ok. I should get going now. Thank you for letting me stay." said Yoon-ah as she climbed down the bed and made her way towards the door.

𝘞𝘰𝘸 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘴.

Yoon-ah spotted her luggage nearby and took it with her.

"Wait."

Yoon-ah turned around. Eungi walked closer to her. Yoon-ah could smell the sweet perfume she never thought she could smell form a girl like her.

"Are you lesbian," Eungi asked.

Yoon-ah eyes enlarged.

"W-what?"

"Are. You. Lesbian."

Yoon-ah didn't know what to do. She was in fact lesbian. She has been interested in girls over guys since she was 9.

"No. I'm not." She answered.

Eungi stepped closer. Yoon-ah's heart started beating so fast that she was afraid could hear it.

"Did you read the sign on the door?"

"Y-yes."

"What does it say?"

"N-no lesbians...allowed."

"Good."

Eungi stepped back giving Yoon-ah space to breathe.

Yoon-ah's eyes enlarged.

"W-wait. Really?"

"Yeah as long as you don't cause trouble for me." Eungi said.

Yoon-ah couldn't be any happier.

"Thank you thank you so much! I'm going to tell the office lady guy that I have a room. I'll be right back!" She said, as the starting dashing towards the door.

But Eungi caught her off-guard again, this time by snatching her wrist gently.

"Hey, it's 3 in the morning right now." She said.

"What? I thought I slept through to morning," Yoon-ah answered confused. She looked out the window to see it totally dark outside.

The other girl shook her head and sighed.

"Just go to sleep."

"But then where will you sleep?" Yoon-ah asked, concerned.

"I'll sleep on the other bed."

"But isn't that bed broken?"

Eungi paused, looking back at her.

"Just go to sleep," She ordered. "I'm tired."

"Oh okay. G'night." Yoon-ah murmured before walking herself back to the bed and tucking herself in.

A few moments later, Eungi changed into a simple white t-shirt and sweats before she turned off the lights.

"Good night Eungi-ah."

Good night Yoon-ah."

Yoon-ah smiled like an idiot.

But then she wondered...

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦?

Yoon-sh shrugged the thought off and drifted back to sleep once again.

Yoon-ah woke up startled, tears running down her face as she dug into the covers.

She groaned, was it already morning?

She turned to her right to see Eungi's back facing her. Yoon-ah watched her sleep peacefully and silently.

She hastily wiped her tears and checked the time on her pocket watch and realized that it was already 9 am. Her class started at nine fifteen so she panicked.

"Eungi, wake up! It's already nine! Wake up!"

The older groaned.

"Why the fuck are you so loud."

"It's nine! We need to get to class!"

"Who said I have the same classes as you?" She said pissed.

𝘖𝘩 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.

"Ah-sorry! I gotta go! Bye!" Yoon-ah shouted grabbing her backpack.

She didn't even have time to change.

Eungi replied with yet another groan.

The younger dashed towards the door and headed for her first class.

It was a new day, a new life, and Yoon-ah was excited for what was waiting for her.

-An hour later-

"Would you ever go out with a chick?"

"Me?", Eungi asked, jabbing a finger towards her own chest, balancing a bottle of beer dangerously between her index finger and middle finger on her other hand.

The sudden change of topic- from the woes of a student's life to sexuality.

Aeun tsked. "S' not like I'm drunk enough to already be seeing double, dumbass."

"That wouldn't be surprising considering how lightweight you are.", Eungi resorts face set with determination.

"But no, I-ive never been with a girl before", she grumbles around the rim of her bottle. like it's something she's ashamed of, but she can blame any embarrassing things she says this morning on the alcohol in her system, although she isn't a wee-bit-tipsy yet.

"You should," Aeun says, struggling her shoulder nonchalantly. "I hooked up with Andrea last night and-"

The silver-haired made a nice similar to the noise of a whale dying.

"𝘈𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢? Andrea as in the lit prestigious senior that has her way with every man that comes across her path? She's a 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘣𝘪𝘢𝘯?".

"Do you think this is a fucking game Eun?", Aeun says tipping the bottle in the others direction, throwing her a glare. "If I fucked her. That means she's at least bi."

"You fucked her? Isn't it the other way around?"

The red-haired girl gasps dramatically. "Your priorities are truly astonishing, you care more about whos top and whos bottom instead of the fact that your best friend is going through as possible gay awakening."

"Aye captain," Eungi brings two heads towards her temple, swiftly pointing it towards the others direction in a mock salutation. "But I'm not sure who's ass is going to get ravaged."

Aeun cringes visibly, "Girl, if I google 𝘵𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘬, I bet your selfies will be the first to show up, cut me some slack."

They both giggled and chugged down some water to become sober again, heading to class,

-------------------------------------------------------------

When class ended, it was time for lunch.

Yoon-ah decided to eat with Kelci and Iolanthe, her two new friends from science class so she followed them to the cafeteria.

After they bought their food, they headed to a large, round table.

"Eungi, Aeun-ah!" Kelci shouted.

When Yoon-ah heard that exact name, her eyes darted towards a familiar silver-haired female who was sitting at the table, munching on a sandwich.

Her heart started beating rapidly again.

"Hey, did you get me that blueberry jello?", Aeun asked Iolanthe

"Yes, ma'am." She answered chucking a jello cup and a spoon attached.

Iolanthe sat down and Kelci took Yoon-ah in her arms.

"Everybody meet our newest member, Kwon Yoon-ah!" Kelci announced. "She's a freshman." She added.

Yoon-ah's cheeks tinted a rosy pink.

"Hi, I'm Yoon-ah. Nice to meet you," Yoon-ah muttered shyly.

"Hey! It's you! Didn't we already meet?" Aeun asks narrowing her eyes in recognition.

Yoon-ah lit up and smiled widely nodding her head in recognition as well.

"Eungi?" Aeun asked.

"I already know her. Cuz freaking you decided to change the number to my room number," said Eungi, annoyed.

Not gonna lie, it send a pain to Yoon-ahs heart when she heard that.

As they chatted, Yoon-ah sat next to Kelci across from Eungi.

The younger tried not to look at her and stared at her untouched burrito. But then she helplessly snuck a peek to look at Eungi. At the same time, the other looked up and made contact with her.

Yoon-ah panicked and quickly averted her eyes.

𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵

Yoon-ah hastily started munching on her sandwich, pretending that nothing had happened.

But he failed to notice the look of confusion in the other's eyes.
