ch.6 the great king and the devil king
a few changes đ :
1. Lucifer is now a pure-blood angel rather than angelic devil
[A/N: he can't 'fall' (have his wings turned black and lose his connection to heaven) what or ever... And I am also doing that so he could flex on the angels and fallens that now after he KILLED god he is once more an ANGEL...]
2. I change the color of Lucifer's wings and halo (now a normle circle of light rather than flames) from gold to silver
3. Lucifer's eye color is now purple but he can turn them into blood-red when ever he want/when he is angry
[A/N: like in the the luc*fer TV show... but JUST that... - no devil face/form...]
4. Instead of having the powers of all the devil clans, Lucifer will have his own unique power (his descendents will also have it...) - the power of annihilation (MORE than 10 times stronger then the power of destruction...)
[A/N: I was inspired by another FF, that from what I gathered, was dropped so I see no harm in me using that idea in my FF...]
5. Instead of wasting a wish on getting the void sword Lucifer will use his third wish to get force abilities (force choke, force puch, force lightnings, mind manipulation etc...)
[A/N: Whenever he will want to wield a sword he will just shape one from his P.O.A and he can shape multiple copies and manipulate thier movement using the force (pulling things like trace on....)]
6. I decided to change somethings with the power system in my novel... (The new power system is in a ch. In the 0 volume...)
[I will make sure to edit the needed ch. in accordance to the changes...]
and I am... an idiot - only now I discovered that like a retarded I called Zekram Z-A-kram, meaning I mistoke the second letter of his name to be an 'A' rather than 'E'...
on another matter I thought of changing Yasaka's appearance to look like Ahri (kda, all out...) [she will still have the same size of boobs (parsonal preference...)] yes/no?
also: I am REALLY SORRY if I offended any girl with anything I wrote so far... I have the utmost respect to girls... and if there is any girl amoung us than in my eyes your are as cultural as any man here...!
anyway... the ch. ...
also: by the end of the volume I will release a special R-18 ch. (it will be kind of off plot) and it can include up to THREE girls that were intreduced at any point of the volume and ARE part of the harem... it can be anything (as long as I can imagine it...) for example: a Lilith sex-bath sence...

Lucifer has decided to the one thing he have been delaying so far, and that was none other than playing the part of a ruler... starting with meeting one of the most important devil in the society, that for his great luck was not only amoung he is most loyal of followers but also someone who WANTED to end the war - Zekram Beal THE Great king, in other words the one whose authority was the greatest after the devil kings...!
[A/N: it's canon - with in the political structure the great king is the one with the most authority after the devil kings...]
and to his great luck, so it happened that today Zekram came to a discussion with Lucifer in his castle, and as of right now Lucifer is being escorted to the meeting room...
Lucifer:"I hope we didn't kept him waiting for too long Sebastian, even if I am the devil king to be late, especially in your own castle, is extremely rude..."
Sebastian:"there is no need to worry my lord, your timing is right on the clock, and more than that I won't be a butler of the Lucifer clan if I couldn't make sure that my master is on time for his meetings, but yet again such things is only to be expected from a butler of the Lucifer clan...!"
[A/N: for all those who didn't understand, the butler, Sebastian, IS 'Sebastian Michaelis' from black butler... I thought that if I am already assigning a personal butler to the king of hell, than only 'on hell of a butler' will fit the role...]
Sebastian:"well then sir, we are here" he said as he opened the door to a finely decorated meeting room with only one person being there sitting on the sofa, waiting...
[A/N: I am not describing Zekram... if you want a description of how he looks like go look for it in the fandom...]
Lucifer:"Zekram" he said while nooding his head at the man "I hope I didn't made you wait for too long"
Zekram:"not at all, your majesty, I arrived only a few moments ago" he said while having a neutral face
Lucifer:"I see, well I didn't asked you to come here only for a simple talk, no, I asked you to come here because there is a number of things I would like to discuss with you"
Zekram:"very well"
Lucifer:"first of all, I would like to informe you on a number of things I would like to informe the public as well, later on that is..."
Zekram:"I see, and what those things might be?"
Lucifer:"first of all, as you might had noticed I have not only the halo of an angel but also the aura of one..."
Zekram:"yes I did notice that, might I ask why is that though?"
Lucifer:"well the answer to that is quite simple..." he said while slightely smirking "it seems like that due to the death of god, his curse over me that sealed my true powers, and in turn what made me turn from angel to a devil, has been lifted and as a result I gain back those said powers as well as reverting back to a pure blood angel..."
Zekram:"that's amazing my lord, as correct if I am wrong, but your original powers where what made you into an archangel, a transcended being... so now that you have your original powers back you should be as powerful as you were before"
Lucifer:"correction Zekram, more powerful than I was - throughout all those millions of years ever since my failing rebellion I was training none-stop in order to gain my former power, and as a result, now that my former powers has returned to me, I am more powerful than ever!" he exclaimed before going back to a natural face and tone "but all of that pails in comparison to what I am about to ask you now, tell me Zekram what do YOU think in regards to the war? should we continue it or should we declare a ceasefire?"
Zekram though for a bit of time before finally answering Lucifer's question
Zekram:"my lord, as from my personal point of view we should stop the war, as it already taken too much from us and continuing it ang longer will just end up with our entire race goung extinct, and that is while taking into consideration you as well, my lord"
Lucifer:"I couldn't agree more with you" seeing Zekram disbelief, he continued "allow me to explain, while I am indeed extremely powerful, and now more than ever, not the same can be said on the rest of our race, and even worst than that, just fighting a SINGLE god cost us more than half of all high-ranking devils, so I don't even want to imagine what would happened if we were to engage in battle against entire pantheons... and more than that, I would say we gained as much as we lost - now that god is dead he will no longer breth down our neck, and at some point we might be able to achieve something that otherwise we couldn't, peace, with the old man still in the picture such thing could never be achieved, but now on the other hand is an entirely different matter, especially when considering the fact that out of all 3 of us now it's the angels who will have the most to lose if ai were to go down..."
Zekram:"what do you mean my lord?"
Lucifer:"I guess you wouldn't know, but before my rebellion I was the old man's 'right hand' and 'heir', as I was the first of all angels, and considering that now my angelic powers are back I wouldn't be suprised if my connection to his system is back as well... all lead to my point - now that the god is dead, Michael will take over, but due to him not being powerful enough as well as not having a proper access to the system, his only bet at making sure that everything won't crumble will be asking the only other person othet than the old man who has both, me..."
Zekram:"I see, so heaven can't make a move against you because doing so will seal their own fate..."
Lucifer:"precisely" he said as he smirked
Zekram:"than what about the fallens than? they have nothing to lose from engaging us..."
Lucifer:"I wouldn't worry about them too much, after all the one who leads them is Azazel, and he will be the first person to support any kind of peace between the factions, after all if the will be peace than he could concentrate on his research without any worries whats or ever..."
Zekram:"I see, than I would suggest signing a peace treaty as soon as possible"
Lucifer:"unfortunately that can not be done right now, as the hatred is still in the air, I would say that a thousand years at least will be needed before things will become more subtle... only then can any discussion related to any form of peace could be discussed..."
Zekram:"well then, I guess that all that can be done by now, will be trying to make things more quite in our own faction"
Lucifer:"I guess so, well then Zekram let's hope that anything to crazy won't happen until then... and on another matter what do you think should be done in regards to the other 3 'devil kings' positions? I would personally would prefer to not appoint any of the 3 heirs, or any of their descendents to the rank of 'devil king'..."
Zekram:*sigh* "I couldn't agree more my lord, other than their heirs all other descendents are just trash, and in general all of them will do the same thing, as their first act, try to push back to the war"
Lucifer:"precisely, though now that I think about it there might be a single descendent amoung them worth any mentioning"
Zekram:"and who might that person be, my lord?"
Lucifer:"for one I myself am not sure of that person existence, though acording to my spies, it's appear that with in the Leviatan clan, there is one person of a rather 'unique' heritage, as acording to my spies that person appears to be a the child of none other than Leviatan herself, though the identity of her father is the problem..."
Zekram:"you mean she is only a half devil rather than a pure one...?"
Lucifer:"I believe so, though it can be a good thing if the reports given to me are accurate..."
Zekram:"and why is that my lord?"
Lucifer:"because if the reports are correct than we might found ourselves someone who could completely change how things play out, as you see, according to the reports her other 'half' is human and for that she was able to become the host of one of the old man's sacred gears..."
Zekram:"well, in accordance to that logic, she most probably have a very powerful sacred gear, most likely a high level one if not evem a longinus... otherwise I can't think of any other explanation as per why lady Leviatan would allow a hybrid of her blood, let alone her own daughter, to continue on existing..."
Lucifer:"yes... I will order my spies to bing the girl here, even if she doesn't have a sacred gear, her potential is too immense to simply ignor nor discard, as acording to the reports I was given, just from sensing her aura, they believe that her power is at satan class..."
Zekram:"and how old is she supposed to be?"
Lucifer:"16~17"
Zekram:"well if everything is as such, than she is simply amazing, even the 3 devil kings' hiers have yet to reach satan class and all three have been alive for hundred of thousands of years, and yet a teenager, one that have not even reach 20, and is only a HALF devil on top of all of that is already have a power that is presumed to be of satan class, and that was determined by just sensing her aura?! not only does she make all three of them, as well as any other descendent that have lived for more than a millennia to look like a piece of trash, but for all we now we might have a new super-devil amoung us!"
Lucifer:"speaking of super-devils, did you happened to now anything about the where about of my son? it's been a whole half a year ever since I woke up from my coma, and yet not even a single call, letter or anything that could be regarded as any form of communication between him and me had happened, to say the truth I am starting of getting suspicious that he might be plotting something, especially with his mind-set and how it will, with a doubt will clash with my new agenda and mind-set..."
Zekram:"what do you mean my lord?"
Lucifer:"you see, ever since he was young, Rizevim's mind-set on how devils should act was always... extreme, as from his point of view devils should act in about the same manner as I am described to be in the bible - as the ultimate evil, or at the very least extremely evil... and considering that as part of my future plans, I am planning on making peace and alliance with more than just the other 2 biblical factions but any other mythology that is willing... I will try to present that as my 'olive branch' for the my whole 'conquering the world' thing..."
Zekram:"that will be a good idea, sir... and might I ask something?"
Lucifer:"by all means, do ask away"
Zekram:"are you going to appoint any devils as new devil kings?"
Lucifer:"why? you want to" he asked in a slightly amused tone
Zekram:"not in the slightest"
Lucifer:"hmm... as you say... and as per your question, I am not thinking of appointing anyone to be a devil king... and now tagt you mentioned that I believe it's time for me to share with you my plans for reforming the government structure..."
Zekram:"what are you planning?"
Lucifer:"I am planning on completely abolishing the rulling system known as the '4 devil kings' as I don't plan on letting the title of 'devil king' to exist any longer..."
Zekram:"but sir wouldn't that mean that you will give up on your position?"
Lucifer:"not precisely, as you see instead of having multiple 'devil kings' I am going to make it that there willbe only one ruller to all devils, a single rulling clan that will stand at the pick, whose head will be the ruller of all devils, the 'devil emperor'..."
Zekram:"I see, but might I ask why are you doing this?"
Lucifer:"well it's quite simple, if I am the only ruller the chances of my arguin on every little thing is close to none!"
Zekram:"pardon?"
Lucifer:"you see Zekram, other than the decision to go to war, which was driven by our mutual hatred for the old man, me and the other 3, usly, never agreed on a SINGLE thing... hence why I am not going to miss the opportunity given to me, and that is becoming a SINGLE ruller, as it ALWAYS ment to be... and in general there are only 4 things that truly matter to the existence of our seciety: technologically, military, foreign affiers and relationships and last but not least domestic affiers. do keep in mind that the last 2 are currently the most important, especially domestic affiers as it includes all that is not regarded as part of the other 3... for the mean time I will take care of all 4, and I will appoint the proper people for each thing - I will keep alm that full under domestic affiers as it will correspond with my role as the ruller, foreign affiers will be handled by open-minded diplomats that are not only smart and cunning but also can see beyond things that will set back the endeavor, such as racism and our false-sense of supremacy, which is not only rode to exhibite but also quite foolish to have considering that if all things will go as planned, than many of our allies will be godly beings, who are, clearly, much superior to use, maybe not by all but by power at the very least... military will be much easier, considering that nearly all clans have their own armies, and many clans are the vessels of others, as such all I need to do is have all the clanes who are their own masters swear oaths of loyalty to me, and by extension the clans under them will fall under the same oaths... and lastly technological advancement, well there isn't much to say about this one, bright people with open minds that all that is needed"
Zekram:"it's appear that you have everything planned in mind, don't you sire?"
Lucifer:"not everything, most of it though, aftet all, I am more of a genius than omniscience..."
Zekram:"well sir I will hope for the best for the future..."
Lucifer:"so would I Zekram, so would I..."

I am stopping here, as I pretty much covered every thing I wanted in this ch. ... the next ch. will either be a 'half-chapter' that will only cover the 'unofficial peace treaty' meeting, and the ch. after that will be the first ch. of the second arc of the first volume (god it was a mouthful...)
