DUAL ABILITY: I'm the OP God Doctor

"Is it alright now doctor? Will I get better now?" the huge blue eyes looked up at the beautiful lady in front of her.

The kid had never seen someone this beautiful in her life before and she might never see someone this beautiful again.

"Yes. I've taken care of your injuries and they are alright now. Hopefully, you will be able to walk again in no time" the kid looked starstruck. Her expression went from wide-eyed admiration to something more.

The beautiful lady in front of her decided that it was time to move on. She had already spent more than enough time here and the sun was already setting now.

Everyone knew that the setting sun was a sign of doom and demons.

The nation, as prosperous as it looks, hid a lot of dangers in its shadows and the doctor did not want to be caught in the mix.

"T-Thank you. We d-don't know what to do otherwise" The beautiful lady in front of the woman just gave them an earnest smile.

It was nothing she had done personally. The kid had just been stronger than she had looked at first glance.

As soon as the female had seen the kid, she knew that the kid was not meant to die even without her help.

"It was my pleasure. But you should be careful with her. Maybe taking her away from here and into a more populated area would be a good choice for you both" the female gave a small smile to the pair.

"W-We will look into it. A-As soon as my p-partner comes back, I will look more into it" the female looked a little starstruck as well at seeing the healer smiled.

The healer tilted her head to one side, clearly trying to indicate something to the pair but then thought better of herself.

"Then, my job here is done. I should be going now" the female stepped out of the house, making sure her pace was even and soon she was out of sight.

And her dignified demeanor faded away as soon as she was away from any known civilization.

Deep inside the forest, the calm and serene expression was taken over by a panicked haze as the female took in what had happened to her in the last 24 hours.

"System, are you there? W-what happened there?" the female asked in a panicked voice.

'The system 007 is online now. User keyworded 'Doctor' is advised not to panic. The tutorial stage is now over…..

….User 'Doctor' is now authorized the usage of advance 'shop' functions'

The female did not look happy at those words.

Rather, she looked downright miserable at them.

"This was not what I asked. Where am I? How did this happen? I just went to sleep since today was my lucky day. How did I end up in this situation? Why am I a female now?"

There was no faking the panic that was bleeding into that voice.

Michael, or rather, Mina now, was a fresh out of college student who had enjoyed his life…

…all up to the point where he had to be responsible and choose his job and he knew he was not the brightest of the bunch.

All he knew was how to play games and the type of games he liked was not something he could even stream for money since they all tended to be rather 'adult' in taste.

But when your college decides it's time for its students to be responsible, there was no going around that. So Michael, now Mina, had applied for a job at a gaming company as well.

Being a medical student, he had not been thinking straight when he had applied for his job. He could only blame it on his sleep deprivation for reading the forms wrong.

Much to his surprise, he had gotten the job from the company to be a game tester pre-release.

And being a hot-blooded, high-on fatigue student he had been, he had signed himself up.

A night out drinking and a good sleep later, Michael had found himself in a forest clearing and with a screen in front of his face.

He had taken it as a dream at first but clearly, it was no dream.

He was physically here for some reason and had something called a 'system'.

'User 'Doctor' is informed that they have accepted this role as stated in their contract and cannot go back till they finish their job.

The user is advised to remember the rules of the contract carefully and do their job if they want to go back.

The male-turned-female had a hard time believing what had happened.

As soon as he had woken up, the system had given him a task to cure a small child and he, well she, had to walk to the home and act out.

Not that Michael had a choice in the matter since it had taken over his body when he had protested against the move.

"Can you not provide me any more information? How did I end up here and for what purpose? Work with me here for a bit. At least explain where I am? That is your job, right?"

There was much to be asked and it was clear at this point that the system was the key to every answer there was in this world.

But to wear down this system and to get answers was going to be difficult.

Not that Michael had given up. He would get answers…

…. As soon as he found the way to change the name on the screen which said 'Mina' against the official title of 'Doctor'

'User 'doctor' is in the world called Rivendell, a place between earth and god's realm. This is the land where magic is prevalent and the prophecy of doom is written.

It sounded so simple on paper but it presented even more questions to Michael now.

Not to mention, the name Rivendell sounded familiar to him. He was sure he had heard that name before but he did not remember where.

Or rather, he remembered too many places with this name to comfortably be able to place this place.

But maybe the surroundings could present him with a clue?

But the forest could be out of any fantasy genre he had played before so it was not likely as well. At this point, it would just be better for Michael to get something out of the system.

Or find the nearest town and ask around.

"Can you point me to the nearest town from here? You can do that much at least?" there was a dual purpose to this quest for Michael.

First, he would get some extra information out of the system about this place. And additionally, he would also get a way out of here.

'User just needs to go straight and they will see the first available town for the beginners.

User is advised to hurry up as the night time is not safe for travels due to the presence of demons.'

Right, need to travel fast since Michael was still not sure how much he would be able to do in this form.

The sun was all but a red shadow now and it was bound to set at any time.

At least there was a water body near him which he could use to drink water and refresh himself. He just hoped it was fresh enough to drink safely.

So he made his way carefully to the water's edge and cupped his hands to drink from it.

And then he caught his image which made a loud yell escape his lips.

Looking back at him was a beautifully fragile but busty image of a female with red eyes. The snow-white skin paired with those huge eyes presented Michael with a lovely picture and it took all too long for him to realize that the reflection had been his.

Had it been the real world, this female would have been far out of his reach in looks and skill.

But this was now him and the reality was just setting in for him.

It was only now that he had taken a look at himself that he realized that he was now a female fully.

Even down there and he could only lament his luck.

It also made him want to undress and examine himself. He never had a chance to do that in med school or even before that. He had been a virgin after all.

Well, female or not, he was still attracted to females. So he was gay now, or was he still straight because he was mentally a male?

'User 'Doctor' can use future skills to turn into a male or change some parts of themselves back after they attain a certain level.'

The system was not helping him in any regard.

But as he looked more and more at his reflection, he suddenly knew what was going on.

All because he recognized the silhouette looking back at him in the reflection.
