Chapter 33: Lucius's mana attribute

Both Zoe and Lucius had dinner for the next few minutes. A few minutes later, both Zeo and Lucius had eaten their food so they stood up simultaneously.

Lucius and Zoe washed their hands in turns and dried them using a towel.

"I thank you all for the food that you have given me. However, I must leave now since I have some work to do" Zoe declared. She sounded a bit sad.

"Big Sis, why don't you stay here for some time?" Emma looked at her with puppy eyes.

Zoe shook her head when she heard that.

"Unfortunately no, I have important work to do," Zoe replied.

Lucius' facial expressions didn't even change slightly when he heard that Zoe was leaving.

"Have a safe journey Zoe" Lucius said to Zoe as walked towards his room.

Zoe just nodded her head in response and began to walk towards the door. She opened the door when she was close enough. She walked out and left.

Lucius sighed when he saw this.

"I should go inside my room and think what to do in the next two weeks" Lucius though to himself.

He began to walk towards his room, when he was close enough he halted his steps, opened the door, and went inside his room.

He closed the door when he was inside. After closing the door, he walked towards the drawer and took out a pen and notebook.

He sat down on his bed with the notebook and pen.

"Let's write my goals for the next two weeks. I will work according to them." Lucius thought to himself.

Lucius began to think about the important things that he could do in the next two weeks.

A few minutes of thinking later, he finally had a clear idea of what to do in the next two weeks.

"Firstly, I need to earn enough money to purchase items like potions, armor, food, and weapons. I also need to provide sufficient funds to support my parents and run the household.

Secondly, I must actively seek out more quests to further enhance my abilities and resources." Lucius thought to himself.

Lucius thought that these were the most important things that he should try to complete.

"Tomorrow, I will go to the union to get some jobs which will pay me well.

Moreover, I am fairly certain that the system will turn those jobs into quests which will reward me exp.

For now, I will just rest" Lucius though to himself.

The union is an organization in the human domain that's responsible for giving Jobs to the Divinities. Every Divinities who are looking for a job goes to the union to get a job since there are numerous jobs for Divinities to choose from.

There is a branch of the union in every kingdom, it's the same for the moonlight kingdom.

He kept the notebook and pen aside. Then he lay on the bed, just as he was about to fall asleep, his attention was drawn towards the blade that was not far away from him.

"Oh, I completely forgot to check the skills of the sword. I didn't have the time to check the skills of the sword due to Lincoln's request.

I should check this out right now." Lucius thought to himself.

He got up after saying these words, then he extended his hand towards the sword that was just a few cm away from the sword.
