Chapter 273 Own Desires

Palace of Naomi,

"What do you mean she ran away?" A few figures in white uniform wearing CP0 masks asked coldly, looking at the old nobleman in front of him and also other servants around him.

"I don't know someone might have tipped her about your arrival, but don't worry, I have ordered the guards to chase her; soon they will find her and bring her back." The old noble replied, shaking his head while standing and grabbing his staff.

The CP0 glanced at each other and then turned around and left the palace.

"We have to find her; she disappeared a hour ago; she must have been hiding on this island." One of them said and used Skywalk to jump on the roof; the other also nodded and went in a different direction.

'I just wanted to live quietly. Why is this happening to me? Why is everyone chasing me?' A dark figure wearing a hoodie thought standing in the ally, glanced around, then ran toward the ally in front.

Coincidentally, a guard standing at the edge of the street saw her running toward another ally; he shouted, "There she is; I just saw her." They ran after her.

Meanwhile, at this moment, an invisible door appeared in the sky, and Eero walked outside from it and stood up on her invisible stair, looking at the few huge palaces on the island below.

The next moment his brow raised, he turned and glanced at the direction of the port of the island. 'CP0, and also a few more ships belong to different opportunistics. I am annoyed right now. Let there be carnage.'

He thought his expression had become cold and then stepped forward on an invisible step.

Next moment, he landed in the middle of the street, turned, and glanced at the figure running toward him wearing a dark hoodie, and a few individuals in guards uniform were chasing her. 

"Quickly catch her; Sir Nilo offered a lot of reward if anyone of us caught her." One of the guards spoke greedily,

Instantly, three figures appeared on the roof, wearing masks. Looking at the running female figure, 'It's her.' Just after they thought they had caught her, one of the CP0 expressions became solemn; his figure froze like a statue; others also following him froze in place and didn't dare to move; sweat started condensing on their foreheads and cheeks, looking at the figure standing at the edge of the street.

"Why is he here? Was he already on a great route?" One of the CP0 muttered and gulped,

Eero glanced at them and then ignored the CP0, turned, and glanced at the figure passing beside him. 

He grabbed her wrist; instantly she turned around forcefully because of inertia and hugged Eero directly; she just wanted to struggle. 

"I have found you." Suddenly a calm voice sounded in her mind; all her anxiety subsided, and her heart calmed down.

Eero then glanced at the guards stopped around him, looking at him in horror and dread; he ignored them and glanced at the female in his embrace.

Instantly, the female expression froze. Looking at a familiar earring hanging in front of her, she raised her head and glanced at the Eero face, and tears started flowing out of her eyes. She spoke, "Thankfully you survived; I was so worried about you all these years."

"Do you remember where you had left me in order to save my life?" Eero asked calmly, looking at her tearful face. 

"Inside a tree trunk, near the boulder I used to visit with you; you were so small; how will you remember? I am sorry; I didn't have any choice but to leave you alone or they would kill you." The female replied, sobbing even more. 

Eero nodded and then smiled and asked, "One last thing, are you my biological relative?"

The female was startled and then fell silent; she shook her head and said, "I used to live near your home, but my family often visited your home; you have no biological siblings; I was in your home when those pirates invaded the island; your parents entrusted you to me, and let me run away from the back door." 

Eero nodded thoughtfully and then said, looking at her, "Well, that's fine; now close your eyes if you don't want to see the bloody scene."

The female nodded and said, "My name is Liona."

"I already know your name," he replied and then glanced at the guards. 

"Twist," Eero spoke a word; an instantly cracking voice spread through the street; all guards bodies were instantly twisted like rope.

Then he glanced at the CP0 standing on the roof; they were just about to run away. He spoke a word again, "Replace."

Instantly, three twisted guards were replaced, and three CP0 officers appeared in their place.

"What kind of fruit ability is this?" One of the CP0 asked in horror; the other two also gulped, looking at him with red pupils. Fear spread through their pupils, even though training on them couldn't suppress their fear.

Eero smiled and said, "It's just the ultimate ability I gained after combining a lot of abilities; it gave me three choices though; this word ability was epic for me; any word I think or say will have corresponding effect instantly; isn't it interesting?" 

"Impossible, there isn't such ability in the world," the CP0 refuted in horror and disbelief.

Eero sighed and shook his head and replied, "You are right, there isn't such fruit ability in this world, but a doctor will say in the future that devil fruits originated because of human desires, and this fruit originated because of my own desires."

Swish!!!

Instantly, all three of them ran away in different directions.

Eero smiled and said a word, "Return."

Instantly all three appeared in front of him again, then he said, "Stationary." 

All three of them frozen in place and couldn't even budge a little.
