Walker of Dreams; Becoming the Dream Lord
Allen Bright was almost the same as every normal person. He went to high-school and had just started to attend college when he was suddenly struck with the diagnosis of a rare genetic disease. Fatal insomnia led to the death of Allen.
However, as if to mock him, he was reincarnated into a world where magic, cultivation, and profound abilities are everywhere with one simple catch.
He has a system. One that allows him to enter his dreams or others and take out what he finds with the correct requirements fulfilled.
"From death by insomnia, to sleeping for strength. How ironic.." Allen muttered with a sigh, looking around him at his new home and wishing he could return one day to his family.

This idea randomly came to me on a sleepless night myself, and I thought it would be fun to write and bring attention to a incredibly rare illness, fatal insomnia. This isn't made up whatsoever, and I found it to be a way to kickstart this story.
If you or someone you know shows symptoms of insomnia, or worse, the fatal variant of it, I hope this helps see some of those signs at the beginning, at least. There is no cure for fatal insomnia, but there is medication to help with some of its effects.
I do hope, however, you enjoy this story as I start to write it on my own insomnia filled night, and to everyone else with a fairly normal sleep schedule, how's the daylight? I sleep through a good portion whenever I do find myself sleeping so I wanted to ask.
