Deranged Nurse's Assistant

A young nurse wearing a light pink nurse uniform was manically laughing as she gave her patient his daily dose of medication. The patient whimpered at his fear of his nurse, but she was careful to not hurt him. When the doctor was finally finished with the patient, she wished him a good night and she left, going to her office to sign the paperwork.

When she got to her office, she saw a note that read 'DERANGED' and she giggled. Yep, I agree. She thought, making the note her sign. She finished the paperwork and she left in her office. She had smirked in her sleep. The next morning, the purple-haired girl was shaken awake by her boss, Doctor Suga. "Nurse Gukun, wake up," he told Sara. Sara Gukun was the resident deranged nurse at Seika Hospital, which was located in the busy section of Tokyo.

"Bossman," Sara spoke, opening her light purple eyes. She smiled at her boss. Geez, she's nuts. Doctor Suga thought. Doctor Suga left so Sara could get ready for work that day. When she was fully ready, she huffed and she walked out of her office. "These fuckers love getting up in the morning," she noted, groaning as she simply ran a hair through her hair. The other nurses and doctors gave her wary stares as if they knew what Nurse Gukun spent her time doing. "What are you looking at?" She demanded of them.

They didn't answer as they were too scared to answer her. Sara sneered at them, walking away from them. She didn't care about their opinions, she only cared about her superiors' opinions. As she went about her day, Sara was being checked up upon by Doctor Suga. The lead doctor knew that Sara did her work alone and likes doing her work alone. "Nurse Gukun, do you have a moment?" He asked the nurse. The woman turned to him, already feeling another crushing headache coming on.

"Am I being fired?" She asked. Doctor Suga looked horrified at her question.

"No! Why? The patients love you," he explains to Sara. Sara huffed. "I wanted to talk to you about having an assistant that could also act as your secretary," he finished his statement to Sara. The way Sara looked, the lead doctor was glad she wasn't angry with him.

"You know how I feel about taking on partners," she told him coldly. The doctor shivered at Sara's scariness and coldness. Fuck, this is pissing me off! She thought.

"I know and I'm sorry, but your workload is too much for one nurse to handle!" The doctor argued with Sara. Sara glared at her boss, but he was determined to get her an assistant. Sara then sighed at Doctor Suga's determination.

"Fine! I'll take on an assistant, but it has to be a woman. I will kill a man for simply being irritating and irresponsible," Sara warned the doctor. The doctor knew that Sara wasn't kidding about her threat and he gulped at having to clean up after Sara.
