He looked at his wife for a moment before leaving the room to pick up the phone. Now, he is standing near a big glass window with a view that leads directly to the edge of the Misty Forest.
"First Brother… I can't call my sister-in-law. Has she arrived at J? How is she?" Alex's voice sounds worried.
"Her hands are being sutured, and she is unconscious due to general anesthesia. Maybe she'll wake up tomorrow… You can call her tomorrow morning." Andrew said, then took a deep sigh. "How could your people not follow her?"
Andrew already got a complete story when they are ambushed by a sniper. And his people said that there was only his wife's car at the scene, no one else.
