All of these notifications made Klaus happy, because that meant he finally got this Super-Duper Specialization. However, he did not know what good things this specialization offered. But he was not concerned about that now.
Now, he was concerned with the "made some gods slightly interested in you" part. He was also a little scared about the "Subscribe Player" thing.
What the fuck was that? Was this a game or a live reality show in which we would have stalkers watching his every move?
He was ready to report a bug to the Game Company, since no one liked having stalkers watching them all the time. However, before he could even open the box to fill in the Bug Report, a super bright white light blinded him. And, as if the light was not enough, he suddenly felt a hurricane pushing him like a leaf fluttering in the wind back to the tribe.
When he finally opened his eyes, he realized he was in the tribe again.
"What was that ?! I was about to write a report and this happened? Is this a warning from above?" Klaus was feeling a little awkward now, because he didn't anticipate this kind of thing. "Whatever, they must be jealous of my charm" In an attempt to calm his little fear for the unknown, he just thought of a mild reason.
Since he found an excuse to end this bit of "fear", he was ready to see what this special specialization could offer him. When he was about to open his stats panel, the game suddenly blacked out and a few words could be seen. "8 hours of gameplay have been used. Wait until cooldown reset. Gameplay CD: 15:59:57."
Each person could only play 8h per day, therefore, as he had played from 00:00 to 08:00h in the morning, he needed to wait 16h to refresh cooldown.
As it was 8 am and he didn't need to go to work, he decided to stay in bed for a while. After an hour, he got up and had breakfast. He started the morning run with his dog Hitler and then took a shower. When it was almost 11 am, he called his brother Finn.
"Hey Finn, how are you bro?"
"Hey! I'm good and you? By the way, that chick that came here? Did you got the job in her company?" asked Finn anxiously. He was still a little anxious, after all, he knew Klaus's financial condition. Klaus really needed a job. He even tried to ask his boss to hire Klaus again, but was unsuccessful.
"I'm pretty good. I got the job! Guess what? It was a game workshop for the game [Clash of Heroes]! Now I'm a" professional player ", hehe. And you? Did you buy an helmet too?" Asked Klaus.
"Nah, even if they sold the helmet a few weeks ago, I still haven't bought it. It's a little expensive. I will buy it when the price drops a few hundreds euros. So tell me, how's the game? Is it good? "Finn asked. He was very interested in the game, but as each helmet cost € 2000, it became expensive as hell.
"Bro, trust me! You have to buy one now! I will help you level up! Trust me, this game is different from the others! This game will be revolutionary! It's our chance to win fame, money and girls! I'll call my boss and get you an helmet too! We will be like Phineas & Ferb and build our future! Or like Pinky & The Brain and, instead of thinking ways to destroy the world, we would destroy all players! Hehe" the more Klaus spoke, the more excited he was. He even remembered the cartoons when he was young!
"Haha, what the crap was that? Hahah, ok then! See if you can get me a way to join the workshop. If she doesn't accept it, I'll forget about the car and buy one."
Since they haven't talked in a few days, they talked about their days and what Klaus experienced in the game. It only ignited Finn passion for the game.
"Hello pretty boss! I would like to invite my best friend to your workshop. If necessary, I can even contribute some silver for the helmet! "Klaus was trying his best to get a place in the workshop for Finn. After all, Finn helped him a lot and now he felt it was his turn to help him.
"Hmm .. What is your level in the game? Did you forget that I invited you because of my father? Have you completed your mission to reach level 5 and get all the money you need in the game? Now, do you want to invite your friend?" Cecilia was on her way to her company, as she still had a lot of work to do. When she saw who was calling and the reason for the call, she was a little irritated.
"I was a bit lucky and reached level 4 and got 70 silver coins. "Klaus thought that if he said he reached level 8 and had more than 20 gold coins in the game, she would probably fire him and call some thugs to kick his ass.
"Ohh? Okay, call him at the company and my secretary will give him the contract and the helmet." Cecília heard what Klaus said and was a little surprised. Since she was rich, she just closed her eyes for one helmet.
"Thanks boss!" Saying this, Klaus ended the call with his boss, and called Finn to tell him the news.
