Not only had he kept his word but he had given her more of what he had so she was very grateful to him for that.

They were not anything special or expensive but they would help her get by with some of her needs in the future.

It would save her some money that she did not want to waste needlessly too.

There were not a lot of things that he had given her but they should prove to be useful enough to her for quite some time.

They were mainly things that Max had a large supply of and had a lot of spare while some things he either did not use or was considering throwing away.

Since there was so much of it or he was not making use of it then she would gladly accept them without feeling burdened.

Her mood had improved a lot from earlier so she went on to thank him some more and talk to him a little longer before leaving.

Max waited until she was out of sight before making his way back inside of his house where he was greeted by his family.
