It was quite unsuitable for a lot of girls to join such a place but it was not impossible.
The vast majority of the members and people using the facilities were men and Ash had not seen any other women among those who were currently there.
If she wanted to work out and get stronger then she probably could have chosen a much better place with far better facilities.
She got shown around after paying the monthly fee for the membership which would last until the date of the next month.
With all of her previous efforts, it became slightly easier for her to adjust to the workouts while having someone who would appear on occasion to provide pointers.
She had received some pointers on how to improve but she was told how she was in quite good shape.
