The Thousand Fruit Forest was littered with corpses, including those of black eagles, torn rat bodies, snake carcasses, and even a few unfortunate rabbits and pangolins, scattered throughout the entire forest.
And as the main culprit of all this, Sun Wukong, having accomplished his feat, reluctantly left the scene of the crime.
That night, fueled by the agitation within him, he slaughtered all the black eagles, ate the eggs that were edible and smashed those that were not, and finally pushed over the fruit trees that supported the Eagle's Nest, effectively cutting off the Eagle King's lineage.
Of course, this was just the beginning; there would be insane sweeping outside the forest later, capturing every living thing to stage the scene, serving as props to muddle the waters.
Fearing exposure, Sun Wukong only took the Demon Cores, leaving behind the eagle corpses.
"Ah! Leaving them a whole body, I really am too kind-hearted!"
