Bk 3: Ch – 231 Reason(pt-2)

Their footsteps made the prisoners jerk their heads up. Some were caught for a long while the others had been caught recently. Their clothes were of that of the maids. Nicholas frowns looking at the people in the uniform to think so many infiltrated in the palace and he had no notice.

Nicholas could not think of anything to say except frown at them. “Are they black knights as well?”

“There is the mark in their body but it was in a hidden part thus the others did not notice anything different,” Aldrich replied as he moved his gaze to the servants as well.

“Question them to the end no one will have mercy,” Aldrich ordered, he did nto look back twice at the maids.
