THE CALL

Journeying to Damascus was a man named Saul :a man small of stature, with a bald head and crooked legs, in a good state of body. More physically defining was his bald and shining head, with red hair by it's sides.

A student of the Law under his teacher Rabban Gamaliel I, He was against the christian race and found every reason to persecute them.

Once, Stephen was stoned to death at his consent and many other martyrs. All the "christ like's" were accused of was their belief in the russerection of the Messiah, Jesus Christ.

All these lasted until he was arrested on his way to Damascus, the capital of Syria. Suddenly, a great light shone on him "Saul, Saul why are you persecuting me?". Probably realising his mistake he replied "Who are you LORD?". By this time the men who were with Paul almost concluded that he was kinnda sick, well, possibly.

. "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting, Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do." He replied.

After this encounter, Saul lost his sight.
