Mochizuki was taking his frustrations out on a random gang member but stumbles upon a castle realizing that it's Sin Orb Queen's territory which is known to be Orbran along the way he meets a slave from the past whom he met a few weeks ago when he was joining the Reyes Y Reinas Cártel. His favorite flame is his ultimate move which is the Black Flame but the Black Flame hurts his skin. Mochizuki works for two groups and one of them is the Reyes Y Reinas Cártel. Mochizuki is obsessed with the Heaven Orb King due to his bad childhood. Kaien is a Unknown Orb King or to some people a corrupt Medical Orb King. A Demonic version of Medical Orb however his ability can heal anybody from sickness and mental illness including the replacement of body parts but there's a cost he'll suffer with the sickness or mental illness for two months this includes body parts. Kaien is a sex slave for the Sin Orb Queen well basically not for her but for different people since he's extremely popular people are willing to pay thousands to one million dollars just to spend time with him or be healed by him. Kaien's memory is about a blank he doesn't remember anything about his childhood or anything of that sort. Kaien is always been drugged by the Sin Orb Queen by forcing him to fall asleep during the sex slave time.
