Soon, Keira Leaf was standing in front of her grandmother's tombstone. A black, curly-haired lady on the tombstone smiled benevolently, with her round gold-rimmed tortoiseshell glasses reflecting a glimmer of wisdom.
Looking at this familiar face, Keira's eyes immediately moistened. She gently placed the Chinese rose flowers she held in her hand in front of the tombstone, remembering that her grandmother loved Chinese roses.
Joshua Sulliven also followed her and placed his Chinese roses in front of him, then bowed slightly to the tombstone. Looking at the obviously emotional Keira by his side, he said in a deep voice, "I will wait for you nearby."
As soon as the words fell, Joshua resolutely turned and left without waiting for Keira to speak.
As he left, the tears Keira had been holding back flowed out once again. She knelt directly in front of the tombstone, "Grandma... I came to see you."
"Grandma, are you doing well over there?"
