After listening in on the guards' conversation, a disconcerting feeling of dread suddenly assaulted Syn's being. It was her gut instinct giving her a signal to run away. She didn't know why it came too late when her mind was profusely adamant in letting herself be taken away at the beginning. But since her rationalization was validated by the instinct for danger that she had continuously honed, the lady had all the more reason to find a method to secure her way out.
