A Rich Man's Lover

This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes. "If only I hadn't met you, I wouldn't be hurting this badly."

February 14, 2021: Reminder

Syn had no idea how she was able to get out of the building. She simply acted on her desire to leave, not minding if she had shown disrespect to the other two people in the table. In the first place, they were the reason why she wanted to run away, so caring about their opinions was the least of her priorities.

The lady roamed her gaze around the area since she didn't know where she had ended up. She immediately noticed the busy road full of vehicles running at high speeds. The sidewalks were in the same state but with people as the main players. As a matter of course, the sight didn't help in Syn's mission to compose herself. The boisterousness of the surroundings, combined with the heat of the sun, was too much for her to bear in her distraught state.
