So good news. I'm not dead! Sorry for not posting for a while but I've been kind of busy lately and weirdly extremely tired. Anyways, how have y'all been? Let me know how you are enjoying the book so far and go check out the other fanfic I made and let me know what you think about it.

Standing in the forest I look at the teens standing before me.

"Alright guys, training time." I beamed only to be met with some displeased looks and groans.

"Come on Eugene your training methods are pure torture." Hicca pleaded as she begged me to take it easy on them.

Just like usual, they always complained, so I just began walking toward Indra. Meanwhile, Tuffnut crawled towards me fairly quickly if I do say so myself as he clung to my leg.

"Please, I beg of you! Reconsider!"

"Sorry guys, but this is necessary. Plus it's a one versus six, you have the advantage." Smiling, I grabbed him before chucking him at Snotlout.

As he lands Snotlout groans before whining as per usual.

"Easy for you to say! You have your monstrous lightning freak of nature on your side!"

As I finally mounted Indra I replied, "Yeah, and he really doesn't like being called names. Now move it!" I shouted, grinning widely as Indra began blasting the group with lightning.

"You're crazy!" Snotlout shrieked, mounting his dragon as he barely avoided being electrocuted. Ignoring his screaming I pointed Indra towards Astrid as he shot lightning at her.

"Stormfly!" She shouted, ducking as her dragon dodged the blast of lightning and flew straight by Fishlegs.

"Woah! Watch it! Ah, Meatlug Run!" He screamed as I then began to chase them. 

It was only training so we weren't going too hard on them but still, it was pretty fun to watch them all fly around in terror. 

Just as Indra was about to grab them, Hicca and Toothless flew by taunting us. "Pick on someone your size, you meatheads!"

Giving her a blank stare, I glanced at Indra who in turn glanced back before responding. "Hicca, my dragon is 3 times the size of yours…"

"So?"

And with that, we dove at them. Gasping, Hicca quickly jerked Toothless to the side avoiding our head on strike as we swooped past her before ordering Toothless to fire at us.

"Toothless plasma blast!"

As the incoming blast came closer, Indra used his built-up speed to quickly pull back upwards, dodging the plasma, and shooting a beam of lightning back at them.

"Come on guys! You're better than this! Get into formation and attack us!" I shout, as Indra roars at the other dragons, in what I assume was the same thing I told the gang.

All looking at one another they began to circle us before firing at us. It's not a bad strategy, unfortunately, it wouldn't be enough. Quickly dodging the different dragon fire, I tell Indra to dive to the ground, upon landing I get off as the group surrounds us once again.

"Getting off your dragon? That's pretty stupid." I heard Tuffnut chuckle as Ruffnut responded in kind. "Yeah, and we're the dumb ones."

Chuckling a bit darkly I get under Indra as the rest of the gang looks at me weirdly. "Sorry to break it to you guys, but what exactly do you know about Skrills?" I asked them while sitting under Indra.

Almost instantly Fishlegs excitedly replies, "Oh, ooh I know this one! They absorb and store lightning..." Almost as soon as he finishes his sentence his face turns horror-stricken.

"Bingo, Fishlegs! Indra, dial it down a bit, we don't wanna fry them." And with that Indra does his signature dragon grin before curling his massive wings around us, electricity crackling off of him before unfurling his wings, sending arcs of lightning at everyone.

They couldn't dodge even though they had plenty of time between the windup and the attack, but we wanted to end this little training session quickly so they were all now on the ground twitching a bit as I got close to them.

"Good job guys, you did better than last time." I said as I gave them a thumbs up.

"We hate you." They all somehow said in unison.

"Want some more?" I said as Indra walked up from behind me, and to that they all began shaking their head no vigorously.

"Good, come on it's getting late, let's head back now, we got a lot more things to do later on."
