A demons woe

This is a story about a demon who was kept in her old Home, destined to bring a child great misery by becoming attached to it. Her willfulness doesn’t match with her instinct, and she isn’t allowed to leave the house. How will she always protect the child if she can’t leave? Will she uncover the secrets of the floorboards? Will it become the unravelling of them both?
