Because from what he can remember, [Skill-Create] allows the Gamer to create any skill as long he has the energy source required for it. And his case, it's more along the lines of [Magic Skill-Create].

' Well never mind that at least I played some D&D, so that should help.' Thinking this, Lucifer's eyes flickered as black mist came out of his two hands,' [Eldritch Blast],'

Behind Lucifer, a beam of crackling black energy appeared around ten feet long. Flickering his pointer finger at a somewhat intact stone wall, the crackling black energy shot at it, blasting it fully off the face of this Earth.

Hearing the groaning and wailing, Lucifer looked straight ahead seeing a horde of Zombies that are moving in towards him slowly with some falling over stuff on the road and getting themselves stuck on random things throughout it. The Zombies themselves have open wounds and are dressed in ripped modern clothes. However, these Zombies have some sort of trees spurting out of their bodies that glows palish green making them look mysterious and eerily.
" Ah, Perfect, My test subjects have arrived~" Lucifer's eyes sparkled as black underworldly fire appeared around him, which soon made itself into a storm of roaring flames.
' [Fire Storm],' Saying the spell in his head, the black storm of flames began to tear through the Zombie horde, evaporating the very Zombies themselves in the air.
Suddenly sensing something, Lucifer ordered inside his mind,' [Teleport]-[Mage Armor],' Following his commands, he disappeared and reappeared on a tall skyscraper behind some sort of Medieval Zombie in full-body black knight armor on an undead horse with a bow and arrows, at his left hip is an ancient palish golden long sword.

Blinking at her stats and background, Lucifer's mouth twitched,' Why does her history sound like an isekai protagonist starter pack and background?'
" Kill...Kill...Kill..." Saying in a thick heavy female voice, The Undead Commander - Morana suddenly slashed her sword at Lucifer, who only sidestepped and teleported seeing another slash as he yawned lazily with bored eyes.
" Kill!... Kill... Kill!" Sending out more slashes and slices, Morana's body shook as a red and black aura arose from her body. Moving faster, Morana's moments became more smoother and stronger. However using teleportation, Lucifer is untouchable to any attack as long she's not stronger than he is.
Feeling her getting faster, Lucifer smirked,' [Dominate Undead],' Bidding his command, black mist materialized around and under him. Then in a fast motion, the black mist entered The Undead Commander - Morana's body.
Sensing her powerful Will, Lucifer's used his Will that started exterminating her's rapidly and replace it with his. Even though she is a Undead, her Will is somewhat intact, with her only losing her intelligence and some wisdom.
*Ding!*
Feeling a link between Morana and himself, Lucifer chuckled a little too happy," You will make a fine first subject for me,"
" I'm happy, you're happy, My Lord," Morana said suddenly in a beautiful and soothing young female voice appearing on her knees in front of Lucifer.
「 By getting dominated by You, My Lord, The Undead Commander - Morana, now possesses normal human Intelligence and Wisdom」
Before Lucifer can ask, the system answered, making him smile a little,' Mm, That's good. At least it's better than having some mindless and soulless soldier who can only answer basic commands. However, let's see what I'm working with here...'
" Take off your armor and stand up,"
" Yes, My Lord," Answering without hesitation, Morana's body trembled as all her armor disappeared. And then lord and behold, standing In front of Lucifer is a beautiful yet seductive female a little older than him, wearing only a revealing black mist-like dress that shows off her curvaceous and voluptuous body with middle-sized breasts, that displays her silky smooth white jade-skin. Flowing down like a gentle waterfall behind her is void black hair, streaming down her back without a care in the world. Then, lastly, looking into his pale golden eyes are emotionless wine-reddish-pink eyes that looked happy(?).
' I think I'm reconsidering if I should fuck a corpse or not,' Lucifer thought oddly with a slight smile.
" My Lord, am I, to your liking?" Morana asked with a smile, looking at Lucifer's void-like expression.
" Yes, you are to my liking," Lucifer said truthfully as his eyes flashed with something unholy.
" That's good, My Lord~!" Morana body shivered in happiness getting praised by Her Lord.
*Screech!!!*
Soaring through is a group of worm-like bat hybrids moving towards Lucifer and Morana breaking their little talk at high speed screeching quite loudly. Looking at them with a bored and annoyed expression, Lucifer flickered his pointer finger at them,' [Chain Lightning],'
*Zzzzzz!*Crack!*Zzzzzz!*Crack!*
Materializing behind Lucifer is a long bolt of black lightning that was quickly shot at the worm-like bat hybrids.
*ZzZzzZzzZzz!!!*
Getting hit by the bolt of lightning, the hybrids twitched a few times, before they began falling from high up, smashing through a couple of buildings on their way down.
*Boom!*
Hitting the ground, the hybrids shivered and began turning into to dust piece by piece slowly. Then the dust flew in the air to never be seen again.
Watching his handiwork, Lucifer chuckled fiendishly" Oh, don't you got to love magic~!"

[Magic Spells Lucifer(MC) has created]

(1) - [Eldritch Blast]: Lucifer can summon a beam of crackling unknown energy that streaks toward a creature/being within his range and senses. On a hit, the target either disappears or gets blasted away and dies from the power of the spell.

(2) - [Fire Storm]: Lucifer can summon a storm made up of roaring black flame that appears in a location he chooses within range of his senses. The area of the storm consists of up to ten 30-foot cubes, which he can arrange and shape as he wishes. The fire damages objects/beings in the area and ignites flammable objects/beings. If he chooses, plant life in the area is unaffected by this spell.

(3) - [Teleport]: Lucifer can instantly transport himself and up to eight willing beings of his choice that he can see within range or sense through his Mana, to a destination he selects.

(4) - [Mage Armor]: Lucifer can create a protective magical force that surrounds him until his Mana runs out.

(5) - [Dominate Undead]: Lucifer can dominate any Undead that is slower than himself in power, letting him turn them into his servants, the exact numbers/area of dominance Undeads depends on his skill and power with the spell.

(6) - [Chain Lightning]: Lucifer creates a bolt of lightning that arcs toward a target of his choice that he can see within range. Up to three bolts can leap from targets to as many as three other targets, each of which must be within 100 feet of the first target.
