The Corruption of the Pope (Part 2)

Only darkness can be eternal.

The sentence surfaced in Theisio's mind. He faintly felt that if he followed down the path that the sentence was pointing towards, he could become a god.

The three godly items had perceived Theisio's corruption. The corruption was so thorough that even the three godly items could not bear it. They emitted a buzz in the Rough Stone of Darkness, wanting to break out and fly away.

How was that possible?

Millions of black threads were woven into nets, encapsulating the three godly items. The threads contaminated the surface of the godly items and infiltrated their insides.

The quality of the godly items' materials was outstanding. They had been forged from the skeleton of a god above level 16. The ones who had survived the great war between the humans and gods in the beginning had taken considerable advantage.

Such a high level divine item would only be bestowed upon the sole Pope of each plan by the Lord of Glory.
