Wanda In Black Silk Stockings, Ch 5.2

Wanda, initially feeling miserable, suddenly pulled herself away from that emotional state upon hearing his words. She bit her lip, her eyes shimmering with suppressed tears.

Though her expression was shy, it made her look even more enchanting.

"Fine!"

Hode teased, "Then I'll contact Mr. Tony Stark and tell him about what you did to me!"

Wanda's face turned deathly pale. If Tony Stark found out about this, she would become the laughingstock among all superheroes!

Just then, Hode had already pulled out his phone from his pocket. In that moment, Wanda felt an intense conflict within her heart. 

She extended her right hand, and a strand of crimson light shot towards Hode's temple. In the next second, Hode stood frozen in place, his phone in hand.

"I can only... erase his memory."

As Wanda made this decision, she felt immensely torn. This was something she would never be able to forget for the rest of her life. Yet in this moment, there was no choice but to erase the impact from his mind in this way.

She exhaled deeply, casting aside her distracting thoughts, and the next second, she opened her eyes to glimpse into Hode's mind!

Whoosh!

Before her was a blazing red phoenix. The flames reached toward the sky, turning the entire expanse of white clouds into a sea of fiery red, with a terrifying presence radiating from the phoenix.

"Is this his inner world?!"

Wanda was stunned. The phoenix looked incredibly powerful. The aura of destruction it emitted seemed capable of devouring everything. Yet...

Wanda surprisingly felt a sense of familiarity, a feeling of comfort. More accurately, it was a deep connection she felt with Hode after reaching out to his mind, akin to a long-lost friend.

This made her look at Hode with an overwhelming desire for closeness. 

Related to the phoenix?

"What are you doing?"

Suddenly, Hode, still in a daze, reached out to grasp Wanda's delicate hand.

"You..."

At that moment, Wanda's pupils trembled incessantly. This was completely impossible! 

Her mind control was effective even against the God of Thunder from Asgard. How could he, an ordinary human from Earth, resist it?!
