282. Waking of the one-eyed princess

Lance had never felt so helpless; well, he knew that was a lie. He was helpless as a child, helpless when they took Paige, when they brainwashed him, and now his girlfriend/fiancée, had to become a murderer, all because of his own false decisions. 

At the same time, the darkness inside him rejoiced; she had killed someone, nearly in the same way he had done it himself. About him killing his first person/creator, he was utterly unfazed. However, a part of him loved that they engaged in the same outrageous acts, feeling her tied to his side a bit stronger. 

How many couples had each murdered a person? Most likely more than was good for the planet. But Lance and Paige had done it for the safety of themselves and the people they loved. They were both warriors, the good versions of Bonny and Clyde.
