Sulking

"So, do you have a barber shop in mind?" Hunter asked Delilah curiously as they got into the car, ready to set out.

He couldn't remember the last time he had been to a barber's shop to get his hair cut. That had probably been years ago in his college days. Now he preferred to have his barber visit him at home and get the job done.

"Don't worry. I got you covered," she said with a confident smile.

"You're not taking me to somewhere your ex-boyfriends visited, are you?" He asked suspiciously.

"Is that jealousy I hear in your voice?" She asked, turning to spare him a glance.

"What if it is?" Hunter asked curiously and she scoffed.

"It's useless. Don't waste your time on such useless emotions. I do not have any use for your affection or jealousy. And no, I'm not taking you somewhere any of my exes have been to. I'm taking you to the salon where I get my hair done. It's unisex," she explained.
