Kira Zoldyck's POV
"There are so many people here," Killua declares, clearly excited as he looks around.
I was also fascinated by the environment within Heaven Arena. There were several people in the stands and multiple fights were taking place in various rings.
I must admit that the architecture is truly impressive.
"So, what number did the receptionist give you?" Killua suddenly asks, probably out of curiosity.
"I'm number 133, and I guess you're number 134," I say to him.
"Indeed, I'm number 134," he says, taking a free seat.
A few minutes after we sat down, after some time, I was finally called to step into the ring.
"It's a kid!"
"Who sent him here?"
...
There were several people complaining about my entrance and others who seemed concerned, but I didn't care.
"Okay, I'm sure you already know the rules, but I'll repeat them," the referee declares, observing me and the man in front of me.
His explanation of the rules wasn't very different from those shown in the manga. He will evaluate our performance and we have a maximum of 3 minutes.
Of course, the referee didn't mention all the small details since they weren't important.
We're on the first floor after all, and we had already received a rule guide with Killua.
"Kid, I don't want to kill you by accident, give up," the man declares, not taking any fighting stance.
"Thanks for your concern, but I don't need it," I say, walking towards him after the referee's signal.
"Don't come crying afterwards..."
He wanted to say something more, but I didn't have time to waste and I wanted to climb as many floors as possible today.
"I just used Soru and hit him behind the head." The fight didn't last more than a second after the referee's signal.
"Victory by KO for number 133," the referee declares, writing something down.
There was a lot of murmuring in the stands after the crushing victory, and I could also see bettors cursing me for their losses.
"Here, you're eligible for the 60th floor," he says, handing me a ticket.
"Thank you," I say simply, receiving it.
"You're too strong, Kira!" Killua shouts from another ring. It seems he was about to start his fight.
"Go all out," I say as I walk away.
I didn't even have time to sit down before I heard the sound of someone being thrown out of the ring.
"Victory for number 134," the referee declares, giving Killua a ticket.
"So, which floor can you go up to?" I ask.
"He said I can go up to the 50th floor, and you?" he asks me, clearly impatient.
"I'm going to the 60th," I say, laughing shortly after because of the expression on his face.
In the end, I had to separate temporarily with Killua since he had to go to the 50th floor and I to the 60th.
I remember it took Gon and Killua 3 days to reach the 150th floor, but it took Killua 2 weeks to do it when he was 6 years old.
"I don't know if he was lazy or if he didn't want to go home quickly, but it took him too long," I mutter as I walk towards the participants' waiting room.
In the end, I was able to have 3 more fights before joining Killua to return to the hotel. I was officially on the 90th floor.
So soon, Killua and I will be able to have a room in Heaven Arena.
"It's been a tough day, too bad the fights are over for today," I say to Killua as we walk.
"Yeah, at this rate, I'm going to lose our bet," he says, slightly depressed.
"Don't worry, I promise that at the end of our journey, you'll have a nice gift from me, whether you win or lose," I say, patting his head. My action just made his hair even messier than usual.
"Say Kira, how long do you think it will take us to reach the 200th floor?" Killua asks, thoughtful.
"At our pace, we'll reach it before the end of the month," I say after reflection.

"Hello, Milluki," I say on the phone.
"You're calling surprisingly early," he says on the phone.
"I would need your help to get in touch with black market informants, preferably those who also do special things," I say directly, stating my intentions.
"What for?" he replies, clearly curious.
"It's private, I just need their services," I say in a way that he understands he won't know more about this matter.
"Okay, but you owe me one," he says, chewing something on the other end of the line.
Shortly after, I received a number and, of course, I contacted it immediately.
I asked the person if they could find me information on a Hunter named Biscuit and if they could put me in touch with her.
"You're asking for services related to a Hunter, it's going to cost you dearly, haha," he says, laughing.
"I'll pay, but I want to get in touch with her as soon as possible, preferably before the end of the week," I say in a non-negotiable tone.
"If the money's there, we'll do our best," he says before hanging up abruptly.
I didn't even tell him where the meeting place would be. Now that the problem with Biscuit or Nen is half solved, I can relax.
I'm really looking forward to pushing my training to another level and starting Neon's too.
I ended up sleeping with difficulty because of excitement.
The next day, after Heaven Arena, I just received a short message from the number Milluki had given me.
[She's coming for you]
It seems they were caught by Biscuit before than having contacted her to explain the situation.
it seems like i'm in trouble.

Author's POV (unknown location)
"Why were you following me?" asks a girl of about 13 or 14 years old.
"I can't... breathe," the man says with difficulty.
"Oh sorry, now talk," she says, frowning.
"Our group was paid to find you and put you in touch with someone," the man declares, touching his throat in pain.
"Who is this person?" asks the girl, leaning slightly towards the man on the ground.
"We never ask for the client's personal information and we never give it out either, but he wants to contact you himself," he says, giving a phone number.
"Okay, I'll meet your client personally," she says, walking away from the man on the ground.
"I'm bored lately anyway," she mutters as she walks.
Author's Note: I know the chapter is super short, sorry, but I'm currently overwhelmed and I realized that I've neglected this fanfic.
