Confusion, bottled up emotions, and rumours

There was an awkward, tense air in the room as everyone came out from behind the divider and joined Sir Lancelot in the main portion of the room. With the two handmaid's help, he had set up a large, rectangular wooden table and covered it with the food that had arrived. Along with plates, cutlery, cups and everything else one would need to eat.

Artie knew that everyone wanted to ask her about what had happened prior, and she understood that she did owe them an explanation, but she found she couldn't get the words out. It had already been hard to speak to Sir Lamorak about it, how was she going to manage saying it to more people?

Artie pulled out a chair at the table, sitting down and only realised when everyone else sat that they had been waiting for her to do so. Sir Lancelot and Lady Guinevere sat across from her, while Sir Percy and Lady Morgan sat next to her. Moira, thankfully, sat down at the table as well, as well as her other handmaids.
