From afar, Virtya could see that the twenty five storeys apartments were ninety percent completed. With just a single peek, Virtya could tell that what was needed to make the buildings complete were the glass panes, a sewage system, water, electricity and most of the sanitary utilities. Of course, the industry that was to make the sanitary utilities was not yet completed while this building would have to function without a sewage system, water and electricity for the time being. Nonetheless, Virtya planned to instal these fundamental utilities later. Finally, something like the glass panes would be put in place after Virtya opened the glass plant for operation thus allowing glass to be supplied.
