Chapter 76 Why Me
Anlan left the restaurant in anger, she couldn't believe that Zheng Quain had tried to take advantage of her . She quickly barded a taxi home she planned to just return home and relax so that she could forget about what just happened.
Anlan got home and when she arrived at her door step, she had another visitor waiting for her
"Oh come on.. can this day get any worst"Anlan said already angry and exhausted
"No it can't"Muchen replied possessing a calm demeanor
"Why are you here?"Anlan asked confused
"To see you"Muchen simply replied
"Don't you think that your identity would be exposed coming here?"Anlan asked
"No it can't..at least I did a great job disguising myself"Muchen said
It was then Anlan noticed his dressing he was wearing a white plain shirt and black pants and he had a sunglass on . She didn't think he did a great job but did she have to say it
"Hmm"Anlan replied and opened the door and they both walked in
"I don't actually have anything to give you"Anlan said with a exhausting look written all over her face
"It's okay I just want us to talk"Muchen said and smiled warmly
"Okay then"Anlan sat on the couch across him waiting for him to speak
"Don't tell me that your Master sent you to speak to me"Anlan asked
"No he didn't..I came to clear out some misunderstanding"Muchen replied
"Okay then I'm listening"Anlan said
"It's about you and Second Master's childhood relationship"Muchen said
"I've told you before that I don't actually care about that again.. it was just a childish promise which I stupidly held unto but now I don't see any fault in him doing"Anlan explained and sighed
"Second Master needs you to accept that offer.. you're the only one who can help him"Muchen said
"Why me ..there are lots of girls in China that he can choose..why does it have to be me..I mean he's the Almighty Second Master who can get whatever he wants with just a single phone call"Anlan said with a sarcastic tone
"Second Master entitlement as the Second Master is at stake and you can save him"Muchen replied with a serious look
"How can I be the one to help him?"Anlan asked confused
"I know you're annoyed with him but it's not Second Master wish to forget his promise... Second Master had faced a tragic mental problem and was sent to stay with Grandpa Heng for the while until there were able to find a doctor that could save him.. someone he didn't show any signs of or symptoms like he had a problem when he was at the village but when he returned he was treated with hypnosis treatment making him forget the problems he faced and he somehow lost that important piece of his memory"Muchen explained
"Didn't the treatment have any other side effects?"Anlan asked worriedly"I can't tell you now but I want you to think about it"Muchen said and stood up to leave
"I will"Anlan said and Muchen left . Anlan felt guilty for blaming Second Master all along. She never thought that Ye juemo had such problem
