Chapter 5

 The next morning, Liam was at the corridor of the rooms, Aurora walked out her room with a towel. She walked past Liam without a word, she picked up her phone and was about to head back to her room when her towel fell off.

 "Wow", Liam murmured to himself.

 Aurora hurriedly pick up the towel and covered herself.

 "What are you covering?? What I've seen last night?? Come on, I've seen it. No need to cover up", Liam said to her.

 He walked up close to her and whispered into her ears "You have a sexy body by the way"

 "You pervert", she said to him and slapped him.

 "Me?? Pervert?? You were the one doing the most last night. Remember you pulled me closer when I stopped kissing you. You enjoyed it, so don't call me a pervert, you seem unable to get enough of me. Nice."

 "Arghhh shut the fuck up Liam. I hate you"

 "Nah, you love me. Your body craves for me"

 She left his presence and went into her room. She dressed up and left the house

At night, Liam got back home and didn't meet Aurora in the living room. He went up to shower and came back and saw no traces of her. He checked everywhere but she wasn't there. He asked the servants and one of them told him that she had gone out since the morning and hasn't been back.

Scared, he called her phone, it rang, but she didn't pick up. He went to the office and asked his men to track Aurora. They found her location, and he went there with some of his men and some weapons. He thought she was in danger, he went armed.

His men and he invaded the building searching through the building. The building looks raggedy and old, it was an uncompleted building, with water leaks on the floor and chemicals.

He heard mumbling from a corner, he peeped and found Aurora tied to a chair with a gag in her mouth. Her feet were tied. A man came out, whom Liam suspected he is Lucas.

He(Lucas) walked up to Aurora and raised her chin. "You even went ahead to get married to another man barely two weeks after our breakup. Oh, were you cheating on me with him before you decided to break up with me?? I told you, you are mine and mine alone. Whether you like it or not, I'll have you.", he said giving her a tight slap.

Annoyed, Liam pulled the trigger of his pistol and wanted to shoot Lucas.

"Bang!!", Liam was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher.

Lucas looked directly at the where the sound came from. He saw that one of his men had hit a stranger on the head. "Who's that?", he asked.

"I don't know, I saw him aiming a gun at you", the man replied.

Lucas walked up to Liam, pulling his face up, pressing his cheekbones hardly. "Who are you??"

Liam elbowed Lucas in his mouth, he called in his men and looses Aurora's ropes. His men knocked out Lucas's men.

"I am Liam Roberts, husband to Aurora" he said to Lucas

"Oh, this is the nuisance you left me for", Lucas replied

"He isn't any nuisance, he is a million times better than you", Aurora answered.

Liam knocked his gun on Lucas's skull, he passed out. Aurora hugged Liam.

"You saved me, thank you", Aurora said, hugging Liam.

Liam hugged her back and took her home to treat her bruises.

The doctor came and examined Liam's head, it was swollen but without any internal damages. Liam instructed some of his men to guide Aurora and follow her wherever she goes.
