Chapter 29: Can the naughty kids of Ravenclaw be the same as those of Gryffindor?

"Whew..."

Andy took a deep breath.

Professor Flitwick is a very capable professor, not only is he extremely patient but also the Head of Ravenclaw, and is innately close to Andy.

Andy decided to leave a deep impression in Professor Flitwick's mind to make it easier for himself to ask for magic lessons from him in the future.

Looking at the sand on the tabletop, Andy didn't recite an incantation, he just casually waved the wand in his hand - it wasn't even a standard gesture for a cleaning spell.

The sand on the tabletop instantly disappeared.

"Oh…! What did I see, a beautiful silent spell!"

Professor Flitwick seemed to be on the verge of fainting from excitement; the Ravenclaw had picked up a bargain this year, two of them at once.

Of course, he had guessed that Andy had practised magic in advance.

But practising magic in advance was not the same as being able to use magic to such an extent.

If you don't have a deep enough understanding of a certain spell, then even if you practice it ten thousand times, what level it should be, it will still be that level.

The learning of magic was never about foolishly waving a wand, it was about thinking deeply on the original basis.

With just those few questions Andy asked in class alone, Professor Flitwick was certain that Andy must have studied the magic in depth.

"Plus five points for Ravenclaw!" Professor Flitwick shouted with an excited expression.

His heart was slightly pleased.

Earlier in the faculty common room, Professor McGonagall had pressed him on how he was going to deal with Ravenclaw's naughty boy.

Andy was quite famous in the circle of professors at Hogwarts, after all, he was the first young wizard who dared to raise a finger at Dumbledore.

Professor Flitwick resisted the urge to think that he should really let Professor McGonagall have a good look at this fact; Can the naughty kids of Ravenclaw be the same as the naughty kids of your Gryffindors?

The Gryffindor naughty kids are truly naughty, whereas the naughty kids we have in Ravenclaw - he's probably just thinking more about things and thinking deeply about them.

"By the way, Mr. Collins, what class do you first years have in the afternoon?" Professor Flitwick seemed to have thought of something and suddenly asked.

"It's Transfiguration class, Professor!"

Andy replied, "It's Professor McGonagall's class."

Awesome!

Professor Flitwick swung his fist hard, he was ready to go to the faculty common room to block Professor McGonagall when Andy and the others were out of class.

It would be interesting to see the look on her face then.

Andy: "?"

What's wrong with the professor?

"Ahem! You guys keep practicing."

Professor Flitwick turned around with an agile turn as if nothing had happened, "You guys have to be firm in your cognition, recite the incantation clearly and smoothly, and your hand gestures have to be standardized as well."

How could a group of young wizards have any heart to practice cleaning spells at this moment, what did they see?

A young wizard of the same class as them had already mastered the silent spell-casting technique.

This is a high-end spell-casting skill that many adult wizards are unable to master.

"You've really mastered the silent spell-casting technique?" Hermione looked at Andy in shock.

"How is that possible?"

Andy spread his hands, "Just this one spell. Ever since I learned the spell, Mom has left the cleaning of the house to me."   

Besides, the sand on the table was obvious; it had been the easiest application of the cleaning spell.

"That's pretty impressive, too."

Hermione said, "At least, you've had experience with it."

"How could it be that simple?"

Andy shook his head and said, "Different magic spells have different principles, you have to be skilled in the principles of each one and incorporate them into your magic."

Boom!!!

Andy was whispering to Hermione when an explosion suddenly echoed through the classroom, startling Andy into whipping out his wand at the first sign.

"Protego!"

Andy: "..."

Well, the explosion wasn't that dramatic. It was just a small explosion caused by some young Gryffindor wizard casting a spell by mistake.

The power was about the same as a cannonball.

Andy remembered that the young wizard seemed to be called Seamus Finnigan.

Uh...the same young wizard who blew up the fertilizer bucket in the Herbology class.

Andy decided that in the future, he would never easily offend this person if he didn't have to.

Think about it, you are dueling with Mr. Finnegan, but no matter what spell the other party recites, it will produce the effect of an explosion spell, just want to ask if you are afraid.

An hour and twenty minutes passed quickly, and at twelve o'clock sharp, the charms class was ended.

Andy also realized the overall level of this class of young wizards.

Andy had read a lot of books on this subject and had practised Transfiguration Magic at home.

What's more, Andy also had his old Mom Helen's explanations, and with a whopping four points of Transfiguration Talent, Andy's progress in Transfiguration Magic was actually very fast.

Hermione, on the other hand, continued to practice magic spells.

She planned to master the skill of throwing the Wand-Lighting Charm first, and then practice other spell-casting skills.

After all, being overly ambitious is a big no-no when it comes to learning.
