Standing before the large grove that had been designated for the resource trees I felt fulfilled, the various tree I had wanted to create now fully coming to fruition. Agricultural jobs would be needed with regards to this as more experienced and trusted personnel would be moved to this grove whilst new people will be hired for the mundane crops. There were now hundreds of tree in front of me, many in varying colours and shades. They would all need tenders, harvesters and security.

I had made many types of resource trees this time around. These included, Silk/Cotton trees, High-Quality Rubber Trees, Olive trees, Coconut trees, Mithril trees, Magi-Steel trees, Salicylic Acid trees, Antibiotic compound trees, Alcohol trees, Paper Trees, Sulphur trees, Gunpowder trees, Silica trees, lead, zinc, nickel, tin, selenium, manganese, arsenic, and cadmium trees... These were all of the trees that I had created so far. All of them looked unique and stunning as well. Mithril-based trees glimmered under the sun in platinum light as small resounding tinkles resounded from the small shards that currently made the budding 'flowers' of Mithril. Magi-Steel trees had a similar affect but were casting rainbows over the entire canopy. All of the metal trees were relatively the same, with many of the barks and trunks having slight differences in colour based off of the material it was supposed to grow.

The most interesting were the non-metallic trees. The Silk and Cotton trees had nest-like extensions dangling from the numerous leaves, little threads tossing and turning in the whipping winds that shot through the valleys of the floating Island. The compound trees and Acid trees were the most unique as they had white-grey leaves, trunks and branches. Not only that set them apart however, the roots glowing a vibrant green or blue depending on if they produced acid or antibiotics. The paper tree was also weird, but not because of its physical traits, no, it looked completely normal except for the slowly shedding bark that slid off in thin slices of paper-like material. Its growth speed and production output was already impressive to me and I had just created them...

Sulphur and Gunpowder oddly enough came from the same tree. Sulphur was its main product with the Gunpowder being its rarer growth. The colour of these trees were bright orange and black with an odd mix all the way throughout. Shaking my head I gestured off to the side, summoning a Ghost.

"Silviana-sama?"

"Check every farmer's background and actions. If they are trust worthy they will be promoted into the grove. We will hire new personnel for the basic farms."

"I will communicate this immediately Silviana-sama!"

In a miniscule explosion of shadow the Ghost disappeared, setting off to conduct my orders. By the end of the day the farmers would be audited and tomorrow we could start hiring for the basic Agricultural Jobs. This left me with a new problem, I had yet to finish the education plan. The University on the Island was good for most people but it would need learned people to teach. Only few people could be considered educated enough to do as such, therefor, I needed to get the hiring for teachers finished. As it was the only classes available in the University so far was Magic classes, Math classes and History.

'I'll hire from the people first, perhaps we can get some Smiths, Carpenters, Plumbers, Loggers, Farmers, Mages, Alchemists, Enchanters and such to come to the school.'

Offer enough money and they will come... You just need to ensure that they uphold certain standards...

'You are right. Hold on, what if I delegated this to Hakuro? He is retired... And he would get to teach people, maybe he can even be the headmaster?'

I didn't even need Morgan's agreement as I was already completely convinced of the genius of my plan. Coughing aloud I flicked my finger once more, another Ghost coming from nowhere, kneeling as they landed.

"Silviana-sama...?"

"Tell Hakuro that he is to meet me tomorrow morning. I need to discuss a position for him, if he asks for anything more then just reinstate that he must meet me tomorrow morning."

"Hai! It will be done!"

Another shadow disappeared as I was once again standing alone in the grove. I took a deep breath of the completely fresh air, the smell of the trees and metals also adding an interesting note to the cacophony of scents already present within the swirling wind. Unfortunately I couldn't even get a small break from my duty and ideas as I felt a primordial fluctuation of power echo through the atmosphere of the city, a Dragon's Aura. Opening my eyes wide I flexed my entire body, pushing through the concepts around me and welding them together to suit my purposes.

Walking from space I emerged near Veldora's cave where currently a massive spike of Dragon Aura was blistering out. This level of Magicules would usually kill the normal people of the city but it seemed some sort of shield was containing it, for now. I wasn't the only one to notice however as my own Dragon Wife appeared, her eyes gleaming a bright ocean blue.

"Hahaha! It seems my Uncle has been woken up!"

'Veldora... Which means that Rimuru's ascension to True Dragon will soon begin...'

Hmm, he will be more powerful than you once he achieves that. That's if you stay the same as you are now...

'Physical power, yes, knowledge? No, he is far behind me in that. He may have Ciel who can process things he learnt in his past life but he doesn't have access to the entirety of Earth's knowledge and the futuristic technology I have access to. Plus, he doesn't have access to the Liminal Space, the time dimension.'

True. But it will still be impressive, you did well making allies with him...

'Don't get all hopeful yet, Michael isn't powerless and there are other True Dragons and massively powerful Demon Lords. His transformation hasn't even begun yet...'

The aura flared even higher as Veldora's Magicules started to leak like a sieve. Milim seemed unphased but I knew that the military was already on high alert; most likely. If this was not quietened down the fact that Veldora was released could get out.

"Space-Time Shield."

I wove some basic elements of Space and Time, squishing the Magicules into the cave and reversing any of their possible effects on the environment or people nearby. The process of utterly draining and I felt my body slowly sagging as weariness and aches started to radiate throughout each of the bones in my body. Vacuous pockets of air created a malevolent scream of air refilling empty space, friction causing parts of the air to ignite before settling down once more. Screeches from nature echoed out as birds were snuffed by the magicules only to have time reversed in a minor way, their lives being saved despite the illness that made them drop from the sky or their perches.

"Honey? What did you do?"

"Fixed your uncle's lack of control... If I didn't do this his return may have been revealed and he could have killed a bunch of people."

Just as I finished the Magicules disappeared, the forms of Rimuru and Veldora's new body exiting the double doored entrance to the caves. No one was around us at the moment and I had a feeling Rimuru organised such an occurrence. Despite his lack of communication Rimuru had done well of late so I would let this slip, especially when it came to an increase to his power and Tempest's power.

Tempest now had four Demon Lords, a single True Dragon and Two primordial Demons. This wasn't mentioning the forces we all had access to and the power we were still forging. As it is, the military was equipped with firearms in a crude sense and the number of soldiers was increasing every day. With electricity, Gunpowder, Firearms and various other technologies coming to wide-spread use, we would soon become powerful enough to challenge Michael in sophistication of technology. Numbers was still in question due to the summonable army of Angels and the significant political power the Empire held.

Allying with Nazerick would become more important as every little bit of power or help would matter. Knowledge would also be integral and I still needed to get Souei to set up spies within nearby nations. Falmuth was ripe for the taking soon as the nation was slowly slipping into chaos, the new king running the country into the ground as he satiated his own lust for power over fulfilling the needs of the people. Youm would be a good puppet-king of Falmuth to allow out power to expand. Honestly Falmuth was inconsequential in the greater scheme but it would grant us an 'ally' that would be able to trade with us, give us manpower and even 'trade' knowledge with one another.

"Yo! Silviana! Niece! What's up!?"

The burly and fairly energetic Veldora stepped forwards and waved with his index and middle finger in a small gesture of greeting. He no doubt loved Manga now that he was within Rimuru's mind for a long time, not to mention any other 'culture' that had been found. Speaking of Rimuru, he was grinning widely as his shoulders relaxed considerably. Veldora's release seemed to have soothed some of his stresses.

"Uncle, nice to see yah!"

"Hello Veldora. I see that Rimuru finally got you free."

Rimuru flinched and looked at me as if he had seen a ghost, a reaction I scoffed at as he attempted to fix his expression. He was momentarily confused about how I knew until Ciel no doubt informed him of when I had told them about being from the future and watching an anime about this world. Honestly, I really appreciated Ciel.

Hey, appreciate me more!

'Thank you Morgan.'

That sounded so ingenuine...

'Believe what you want. You helped me survive in the early days, so I do appreciate you.'

"Hahahaha! Well, show me around the city you have all made! I've been dying to see it!"

The shouty manner in which Milim and Veldora spoke seemed to be a congenital trait and less of a personality difference due to experiences. It was almost cute if you didn't understand that Veldora was thousands of years old and the little brother of Veldenava, the god of Tensura.

'I am having such a long week...!'
