Chaotic start

Stretching while putting on arm behind my head and the other in the air, I let out a loud yawn. Yesterday had been quite tiring and I hadn't quite finished coming to terms with it.

First and foremost, my technique, reemergence, actually had consequences. It wasn't just a cop out.

After the 'meeting' with Yoshinobu, I had enough time to check my phone before I was escorted to my new room at Kyoto Metropolitan Curse Technical College. And let me tell you, people's opinion in the 'Baby Dropper' weren't too pretty.

Not that I expected them to, that was a pretty horrible thing I did. Not that I regretted though.

It allowed me to get on the radar (as much as I love using Kyoto Metropolitan Curse Technical College for word count, it is now abbreviated to Kyoto College) of Kyoto College.

Secondly, I had been admitted to Kyoto College. Official beginning my journey as a Jujutsu Sorcerer. And if my cursed technique was anything to base off of, then I would have to fight for my life.

That was if my cursed technique wasn't special, which it probably is. Considering how overpowered it is now that I put a binding vow on it.

Thirdly, I needed to figure out how I got the information on said binding vows right as I needed it.

It couldn't have been my future self, because I would have been sentenced to jujutsu human trafficking. And I doubted that I would somehow get knowledge on binding vows. And then there was the problem with how my future self could have beamed that information directly into my brain.

And fourthly, I needed to get to class. My alarm had just woken me up, so it's probably around 5:30 right mow.

Lazily reaching my hand over to slip my phone off the bedside table, I hit the power button.

6:09.

The drowsiness from sleep instantly wore off. Throwing the blanket off my naked except for boxers body, I ran into the bathroom.

Here I faced my first dilemma of the day.

How this shower worked.

Desperately trying all sorts of configurations on the Rubik cube like shower, I eventually managed to find the correct combination to get the just right temperature needed.

Hastily slipping off my boxers, I began to scrub with all my might. After finishing scrubbing my body, I applied the pre supplied shampoo bottle to my hair.

After finishing my shower, I ran back into the bedroom but naked and searched through the closets for a change of clothes.

There was none, not even the school uniform as it hadn't been delivered yet.

Facing the second dilemma of the day head-on, I began to brainstorm ways to get out of this predicament. I could wear the same clothes I did yesterday, but they still had my blood on them. After Yoshinobu had made me cough up blood, this was only natural.

So my only option was to call for help. As I couldn't run into the middle of a clothing shop naked.

Yesterday, as Utahime had showed me to my room, she was forced by faculty rules to give me the number for the school administration.

So I could perhaps ask for a drop by off some clothes from the administration? Alright it was a plan.

Grabbing my phone, I dialed a number on it.

*RING RING*

*Answered sound*

"Kyoto College administration here, whats your problem?"

Mock coughing to ready my voice, "The new first year student here, I'm lacking a change of clothes… Room number C-2."

"Male or female?"

My face sweat dropped, they couldn't tell by my voice?

"Male…"

*Call ending sound*

Sprawling out across my bed, I let out a sigh. This was just my first day here? Well, every first day tended to be really chaotic. So hopefully everything would calm down by tomorrow.

I just jinxed myself, didn't I? Knocking on the wooden floor of my room, I prayed silently that to whatever gods existed that they would bless me with a perfectly normal first and second day.

Roughly a minute passed in absolute man-spreading silence.

This should take a while. Sitting up on my bed, I began to play an offline game of my phone. It was called wall-kickers and I had been playing it for years now, high-score of 903.

Absentmindedly tapping my phone rapidly, I failed to notice the tell tale crack of the door.

My eyes widened right as I realized it happened, looking up I managed to see the frozen in place expression of Utahime.

Because of course it had to be her.

Before I could speak the school uniform was thrown in my face and I could hear one word spoken from Utahime, "Small."

I was a grower dammit!

Quickly shoving on the newly made school uniform (after I had put on the same boxers from yesterday).

I began to chase after Utahime, to apologize. Until I realized something, she hadn't knocked. And merely just opened the door, with no regard to what I could be doing inside.

And she even dared to insult me after she had come into my room unannounced, the audacity.

Diverting my path to the classroom I would be learning in for the rest of the year, I started my first ever trek to my classroom.

It wasn't that long of a trip, roughly 5 minutes. But it was long enough to make me nearly tardy on my first day. Not good for first impressions.

6:58.

Far too close for comfort. Maybe in the coming days I could afford to come this late. I was never the best student but I prided myself on my perfect record.

Opening the door to the class room, I saw a regular looking class room with five by five chair scheme going on. And I also found… two people. One Utahime glaring balefully at me, and the other…

Sitting in the back of the class, was a- a weird looking robot. Wearing a school uniform over its obviously mechanical form, it had two beady dark green eyes. Overall I would describe it as creepy and normally wouldn't want to be anywhere near it.

Don't judge a book by its cover?

Perhaps this was some sort of cursed technique that turned a person into a robot? Well wishes to whoever got that cursed technique.

Walking over to the robot, I began with, "Hi, I'm the new first year here. Ryoko Jikan."

The robot's eyes lit up, turning from its dark green to bright one, and it turned its head to face me, opening its mouth with a mechanical click, it returned my speech, "I'm also a first year here. Everyone calls me Mechamaru."

Turning its head back to face forward, Mechamaru's eyes dimmed back down to their previous dim dark green. Noticing that whenever they were active their eyes lit up, I took the hint and walked away and sat in a seat more in the middle of the classroom.

Ignoring Utahime's glare, I put my head down on the desk and began to sleep. Although not nearly as comfortable awake a couch, it would do.

I even had trouble sleeping last night because I was sleeping on a bed instead of a couch.

After a couple minutes of trying I managed to doze off peacefully into a deep slumber.
